Story & Lesson Highlights with Gabi Sálvi

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Gabi Sálvi. Check out our conversation below.

Gabi, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
What helps me find myself is spending more time with my family, enjoying the peace of the countryside with my mother, and also art—being on stage, in front of a camera. Every time I’m acting, it feels like my essence is fully there, as if my inner child is completely fulfilled.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Gabi Sálvi—a Brazilian actress and digital content creator passionate about authentic wellness and body positivity. On my Instagram, I share my journey of healthy weight loss, breaking beauty standards, and embracing real stories behind the scenes of my artistic career.

Through partnerships with wellness brands, personal care products, and female-led businesses, I aim to inspire people to take care of themselves with intention, not pressure. My brand is rooted in transparency, self-discovery, and the belief that transformation should feel good, not imposed.

Right now, I’m in a new phase of my health journey, combining creativity, performance, and personal growth—all while connecting deeply with a community that values truth and beauty in all shapes.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was pure instinct and imagination. I was a little girl who would put on shows in the living room, dance with no choreography, and speak with no fear of being too much. I believed that my emotions were my power, that my sensitivity was a strength, not a flaw. I was creative, loud, free—and deeply connected to the joy of expressing myself without filters. That version of me still lives inside; I just had to fight to bring her back.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I began to transform my pain into power when I realized that vulnerability is not weakness — it’s courage. For a long time, I tried to maintain an image of constant strength, as if feeling too much was a problem. But it was the moment I started sharing my real journey — with all the falls, body changes, fears, and new beginnings — that I truly connected with people.

Owning my pain set me free. It became a bridge, no longer a burden. Today, I know that every scar tells a story that can inspire, comfort, and even heal someone who also thought they needed to hide what they felt.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, the public version of me is the real me. I believe in showing up authentically, embracing my strengths and vulnerabilities alike. What you see publicly isn’t just a mask—it’s a true reflection of who I am, my journey, and my values. Of course, everyone has private moments and layers, but the core of me that I share with the world is genuinely me.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m fully present in the moment—whether that’s on stage acting, during a quiet morning with a cup of tea, spending time in nature, deeply connecting with someone I care about, or being with my family. It’s in those moments of stillness, passion, and connection that I find true calm and clarity.
