There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
my name is Andrew trousdale, I am a chef/patron of a small restaurant in lighthouse point, Florida.
I continually research products and food methods, introducing new products.
we are a small intimate restaurant, cooking everything to order, making practically everything from scratch.
including bread, desserts, soups, sauces, dressings, etc.
I have a classic base menu with a more modern approach to French/European cuisine.
changing the menu is my biggest challenge at this point!
trying to keep good staples that customers want and that sells, versus introducing new dishes that I think are modern and a little different.
