I hope all is well it feels good being back on this platform..
I would say now with life…
I feel that my purpose is to keep spreading the Gospel of the Holy Spirit and being a voice for the light ….
I had a vision about a martial arts gym that I built from the ground up …..
With the challenges I’ve had I figure that it’s because I needed to fulfill my calling …
So…
I’m working hard and hoping to get things running soon…
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

My name is sam counterpunch…
I am a survivor ..
I also appreciate the follow up edition ..
I recently lost both of my parents ..and in that time I shared my story and journey with the world ….
I went on to fight twice on pay per view …
I went 1 and 1 both tough fights …
I’ve been in about five music videos ..My biggest one was with ski mask and cuttem Reese “Black Forces”
I was discovered by James Toney and also did just turn pro ..
My brand is sam_counterpunch (future self 12)
For about 2 years it seemed I was on the top of the world …
However I never really got the support or internal support I needed from family/friends…
I won’t go into to much detail but …
Now my biggest issues have been trying to launch a pro career with minimal support ..the fact that most of my family has turned their back on myself and brothers .. Does pain me ..However, it’s forced my brothers and I to become stronger and closer …
we all promised my mother “ Grace Asemota” we would be successful ..and we Will!!!
Martial arts isn’t something that is understood or respected by a-lot of people …
I found that my passions and the things I did hold merit to very few ….
I was in a dark place ..for a few months as …
It always hurts when people don’t see your value ..
Being an independent fighter ..My boss is God
I couldn’t loose who I was for millions ………
Although boxing has been a challenge with Minimal support ..
Strangers from all over the world have helped in different ways ….
When I wanted to give up ….
I remembered that people do believe in me …
And even if I don’t have a billionaire dollar backing …
I will get my time as my skill level is unmatched …
When I felt that maybe my impact wasn’t significant enough ..I happened to meet the Mayor Jason Salaman. He helped to change my life and trajectory in Rapid city ..South Dakota ..
He presented me with the Mayors Coin because of my contributions to society and youth ..
This helped to bring some rapport to my reputation and I thank him and Michelle dearly!!🙏
Regardless of how I am viewed in society …I am a vehicle for the light …and through my journey it’s about showing my love for God and my family ..
I currently work at Outback Steakhouse in Rapid city
As a fighter their aren’t any shortcuts ..I have always been a firm believer in working hard for your goals …
I want to give a special shoutout to the Gm Jasmine (and whole outback team in Rapid) Ms. Jasmine understands ..Challenges and overcoming adversity ..
I have had a lot of different experiences working in many settings …However I never worked under someone who actually cares about her employees and she has shown me that hard work is respected …

my shoulders are pretty heavy now and ultimately I just want the people around me happy …..

She has had a few losses and I wanted to mention Julian Garcia as he was a proud father and also battling his share of issues ..He was battling a few things and lost his life ..he hasn’t been forgotten and may he rest in peace .🙏
My vision is to start a new league in Martial Arts …
God has given me a gift called “chi”
Although not a lot of people understand it..
It’s something you have to achieve as a kid or you will never have it …(however)
It’s something that is secret and guarded and Bruce Lee is someone who was trying to educate the world on it …
And mysteriously lost his life….
I also want to continue his mission while helping the city of Rapid in South Dakota ..
Drugs kill families and I want to create a unique approach by training the youth ..
Not only self defense but I will show them things that I believe will help deter them from drugs in the future ..
I want to partner with schools and also use this as an opportunity to grow my own business and help fund my pro journey ….
A lot of people ask me when I am fighting with your support and prayers ..
it will happen !!!
As an independent fighter ..I am 30 plus ..
And I have certain principles so I couldn’t really accept everything As money is important ..but not worth your “soul”
I was born in Carolina but my parents are from a different country…
So, as far as family all my brothers and I have is each other …
I knew staying in Florida would have been hard to be focused …
However, I’m working hard so myself and family can live a better life …
I am a pro boxer now I want to fight and if you want to help it happen faster ..

He got me realigned with my faith again and we’re looking to be business partners one day as ..

However I have been working hard and looking to build a boxing gym soon so I can better focus on my career ..

He recently punched out the island boys(🤣🎥)
testing his strength and I’m honored to have helped hone his craft ..(lol)
Shout out to his dad Nicky as he helped train me for my 2nd fight on pay per view ..
I was blessed with something called “chi”❤️❤️❤️
I want to help spread by the Gospel with my unique gifts 🎁
I actually got to showcase my unique abilities to the mayor and he was amazed
..If Mayor Jason Salaman sees this (I want to Thankyou again for taking the time to talk to me when ..I was a nobody in the city ..because you believed ..it changed things around..
And I definitely want to show you the gym when it’s done ✅
Your story was amazing also and even with the tough things that happened to you …
You became successful …

The gym I open will lead kids away from drugs and into the world of martial arts …
I love God ..I love Jesus Christ ..I love the holy trinity..and my mother is my strength ..(rip🙏♥️)
She was handicapped for 8 years and loved the kids ..She was a mental health counselor and sadly Cancer took her life ..Her husband Samuel my dad also lost his life to cancer and other complications …
Not many, were there for her. My mother brought numerous of her family members to the states . She has helped to save a lot of kids lives …
She believed in God and is with God now watching her sons….
My mother came from a royal family. They worshipped multiple deities ..She was born and she knew God was real..She told my Grandfather to know God and change …God became the focal point and later my grandparents were beaten and sickened ..They lost their lives ..they were beaten by their own family …She changed the family line from Pagan to God ..
Now she is with God watching her son “overcome”…♥️♥️🔗
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
I feel that my pain …was needed to get to the message thru…
It’s easy for a rich person to say they love God…
However when you have nothing and still love God speaks magnitude …
I will always have my faith …and with this I will power thru this “darkness” and deception …
I have had a lot of people lie to me ..deceive me ..and or try to use me…
As of now it’s hard for me to trust but I’m trusting that atleast if “you” have a heart …
Even if you can’t support in anyway..you can pray 
for my success..

I have to much pride to have ever let my story out on social media ….

What must be realeased now are the people who aren’t for me ……

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
I actually almost gave up this year ….
I can handle a lot ……..
It’s just I literally got to the lowest point of my life and nobody picked up …
And if they did they said it’s not my problem ….
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
I would say I do like to always be authentic …
However I only show about 15 percent of my real intellect to most …
If your high frequency I will always show the highest version of myself ..
Chi has give. Me the abilities to heal people ..learn over 40 different martial arts ..and many more things I can’t mention..
It’s all about your Faith in God and harnessing your mind …..
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
I think the consensus of most people was ..
I did everything to be famous …….
However just know the love I have for my Mother transcends time ……
I did all for her and to show the world God is real ….and thru Jesus you find God 🙏❤️❤️
And on a side note …I had a dream that the ceo of Outback Steakhouse would sponsor me …
