Today we’d like to introduce you to Valeria Quintero. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Valeria Quintero is a talented Colombian fashion photographer, who is passionate about light, letters, flowers, and music.
Valeria studied Architecture in Colombia, though after she discovered her passion for film photography, she changed her path and went to Massachusetts to study Photography and started her career in fashion.
Today, she has worked with very important brands, published work, was selected as a photographer for the 2022 LAFS event, and traveled representing her country in the fashion photography industry.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Any career has ups and downs, the important thing is to never let the lows represent you. They are part of the road but not the end of it.
You need to be sure of your talent and keep going no matter what, because many people will try to knock you down, don’t let them, you have a gift and the power to be anywhere you want and dream of.

I am proud and grateful for all the things I have achieved by staying true to myself, evolving as a professional, and always knowing where my roots are and where I come from.
I believe connecting with people and not brands is another important thing, most of them had became friends through the years and we’ve been working together for many years.
Enjoying every part of the process is another important thing, not always the process is smooth but the important thing is the final result. I’ve learned not to hurry on things, I’ve waited in God’s time to make His will in my life, and how comforting has been.
We all have different ways of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
My meaning of success is to work on your passion and actually enjoy it; it will take you wherever you dream.
To be heart full, to be surrounded by people alike that add positive things to your life, that makes you grow as a professional and as a human being.
Success is to have peace in your mind and soul. Success is to love your past and present. Is to love you, love what you do, and love others.
