Today we’d like to introduce you to Valentín Quiroga.
Hi Valentín, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
A few years ago, my wife Sofi and I left Argentina looking for a better place to live. We arrived in the US four years ago for the first time and started from scratch here. With a lot of effort and energy, we built a business again here in Miami. For years, we’ve been coaching in other commercial gyms, realizing that conditions are not optimal for training—from the smell, AC, music, to human behavior. That’s how CV Studio was born: a calm, private space for focused training, where every condition and detail is designed to provide the best experience. Everything is set for a physical and mental transformation.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We had many struggles and challenges along the way. Owning a business is extremely hard and pretty demanding. Luckily, we succeed and thrive.

At CV Studio, we do private coaching. We help individuals achieve their fitness goals. Not with gimmicks and simple workouts, but with science and proper guidance. We cut the noise of social media, teaching how to eat and train properly. What set as appart is the passion and dedication we put into our work.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
I learned that time is a finite resource, and it is not worth wasting on being anxious or nervous all the time. You need to be able to manage your emotions and enjoy the journey. At the end of the day, that’s the main reason why we do what we do.
