Today we’d like to introduce you to Ricardo Burgos
Hi Ricardo, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Ricardo Burgos, a Panamanian-born actor, is known for his roles in *Father of the Bride* (Warner Bros.), *Stepping into Love*, and *Finding Love in Sisters*. He has also appeared in several Telemundo series and over 60 TV commercials, as well as in print, digital, bus, and billboard advertising. His diverse career highlights his range and recognition in both mainstream and advertising media.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all. You have to treat it as a business. There is a lot to learn. The uncertainty of waiting to get booked for a job. If you do get booked, as soon as that project is over, you are unemployed again.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I have done feature films as well as student short films. As I mentioned before, I have done a lot of advertising campaigns. I have been in 5 Telemundo series. One proud moment was when I was returning to Miami after filming a movie in Kentucky. I was inside the plane and when I started to see the selection of the movies, I saw that Father of the Bride was there. I would have ever thought that I was going to be in a movie on a plane.

All the hard work that is needed if you want to survive in this business. You have to hustle every day
