Rising Stars: Meet Olha Levchuk of Aventura

Today we’d like to introduce you to Olha Levchuk

Hi Olha, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My story starts long time ago when I realize that body & mind connection the key to your happier life. My goal help people to improve their health and well being with holistic approach.

I am a physical therapist from Ukraine, health coach, certified Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience. At the moment, I live in Miami, continue to practice and study new methods in the field of preventive medicine, biohacking, longevity and integrative medicine.

I turned my hobby into a profession and a lifestyle. I learned and completed dozens of educational programs in the field of rejuvenation and longevity, received medical education and international certification. In Ukraine, I worked as the managing director of a treatment and diagnostic medical center. At a turning point in my professional career, I realized that most diseases are caused by a passive life style, poor nutrition, stress, toxins the so-called “diseases of civilization” of mankind, which take away the life resource, energy given to everyone by nature.
This is how the idea arose to change my profession and start a new business – Yoga & Pilates Studio. For more than 5 years, it has been a place of strength and recovery for many successful people.

Due to the war and forced relocation, I made a difficult decision to close my business in Ukraine and start new life in US.

My experience is hundreds of happy women with whom I practiced privatly, in groups, conducted personal consultations, created retreats programs to their way of healthier and happier lifes.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
You will never achieve your goals without challenges on the way. The most important and hard part of my business was to find an employees with the passion to work and professional growth. I tried to hire a physical therapist, trainers, instructors who had a wellness lifestyle, not just education, passion to work and open heart to people.
But the most challenge was when I decide to move to Miami and start my business. New country, people, mentality, different style to run business even with my experience. It was so difficult at the beginning. But on my way was people who help me with problems and obstacles.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
When I moved to Miami I start to work as Senior Pilates instructor at Equinox fitness club. Even with my experience I couldn’t start my own business in new country, so I decide to start like professional to learn how everything works. Develop a safe, professional, comprehensive Pilates training program for each client to ensure they attain their goals and remain motivated to continue progress. Collaborate with other departments in the club to ensure members have a well-rounded experience.
Participate in ongoing training and business development. On the other hand I am a physical therapist so as not to lose my skills I start to work as certified practitioner at Physical Therapy & Wellness clinic part time. Worked on movement integration therapeutic programs for individuals with joint hypermobility, EDS syndrome, back pain, sport injuries, posture imbalance to improve their quality of life.
My skills, knowledge and experience allow me to reach goals for rehabilitation, wellness and fitness clients.
