Rising Stars: Meet Norma Isaba of Miami / South Florida

Today we’d like to introduce you to Norma Isaba.

Hi norma, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a social communicator and television presenter with a solid track record in international media. For nine years, I was part of Sun Channel in Caracas, Venezuela, where I hosted the program *Beach Guide*, traveling across the most iconic beaches of Latin America and the Caribbean to highlight their cultural, touristic, and natural richness. This experience allowed me to connect with diverse cultures and discover paradisiacal destinations, reaffirming that Venezuela’s beaches possess a unique and incomparable charm.

I complemented my career in radio over four years at Onda La Súper Estación in Caracas, hosting the program *Turismo en la Playa* (Tourism on the Beach), where I solidified my approachable and dynamic style behind the microphone. Additionally, I have participated in multiple advertising campaigns for major brands, strengthening my presence within the commercial and entertainment sectors.

Currently, I host the program *Eventop* on EVTV Miami, where I cover the city’s most prominent events and have had the opportunity to interview renowned figures from the entertainment world. One of the most enriching moments of my career has been covering the Latin Grammys on several occasions—an experience that has significantly shaped my professional growth within the industry.

I am also part of Caracol Radio América, where I host the program *Contigo a Casa* (Home with You) from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., connecting daily with the audience through engaging, entertaining, and timely content.

Passionate about fashion, entertainment, and communication, I enjoy exploring the fashion world as an integral part of both my personal and professional identity. Outside of the media sphere, I find balance through activities such as cycling, working out, and connecting with nature.

My journey continues to constantly evolve, driven by the firm conviction that there are still great goals left to achieve—always savoring every step of this career that I love so deeply.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Thank God, the journey has been very rewarding—and when you find the right people, the path is always easier.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am tv host radio host, and realtor.

Any big plans?
To continue growing more and more each day in my professional field and to strengthen the real estate industry.
