Hi Lulu, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my career as Permanent Makeup artist back in Ukraine in 2013, with fine art artist degree and love painting of female faces, started implementing my art on real canvas- faces. Without knowing any English, I moved to USA I met my match with who I had my first baby is Microbeau Intl.-one of the world’s leading manufacturers of cutting-edge Permanent make devices.
Later I developed an exclusive permanent makeup pigment line, Evenflo Colours, manufactured in the USA in Perma Blend, with three pillar goals:
1) for first time in the industry pigments dedicated for Melanin rich skin;
2) Simple and highly effective formulas to take the guesswork out of color mixing and predictable results in a long term.
3) Comprehensive sets with a range of colors that meet all your needs for that technique.
I was the first artist in the USA who created a new technique – Lip Neutralization with famous pigment Neutralizer from Evenflo corrector set.
What is pushing me every day: We are doing Permanent makeup not just for being more pretty, it gives woman a freedom of being herself how she feel be like.
With enhancement of her features, woman expresses different vibes and becoming happier and more confident person who is bringing positive energy to this world.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My biggest struggle on the beginning was not knowing the language, I always felt like my hands tied. For this reason now I make sure my little girl has a great level of English.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an international speaker, judge of PMU competitions, I’m owner and active technician, I perform realistic and natural-looking permanent makeup treatments for my clients.
Today I’m a sought-after trainer and technician based in Miami, USA.
I currently working on my skincare/makeup line which designed for skin after Permanent makeup treatments, ingredients based on Aloe Vera and Jojoba oil, which is hypoallergenic and have moisturizing impact for skin.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Never take no for an answer. Always believe in yourself.
Don’t be afraid to change standards.
Always think outside the box.
