Hi Jazmin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was always interested in hair and makeup as a little girl, fast forward 10 years it’s my honor to give the experience of feeling your absolute best to others. I’ve dabbled in hair color, and cuts, but hair styling and makeup is where my heart truly resides. Which is why I focus on Bridal experiences and special events. From working in different salons, to now owning my own company Blu Bridal Beauty, I really enjoy bringing calmness, beauty, and pampering to any one who sits in my chair. Whether you’re walking down the aisle or having a special moment you want to remember forever, I indulge fully into catering to your features, your style, and making sure you feel your best.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
With technology and social media evolving, the biggest troubles are being able to play every role, from makeup and hair stylist, to media manager and photographer. With being an entrepreneur and business owner balancing all the hats is tough. I haven’t had many mentors along the way, so figuring my own way and what road I wanna pave is always a lump in the road, but perseverance and focus have gotten me through it all and I only wish to continue to have the trust of clients instilled in me to bring beauty to your door.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in bringing an experience through beauty. From pampering you through relaxation and skin prep, to enhancing your best features to bring out your inner glow. I’ve been doing hair and makeup for 10+ years, and my focus is bridal but I welcome special events, campaign work, and photoshoots. Natural glam to full glam, hollywood waves to updos, I’ve spent years practicing my craft and constantly educating myself to be able to provide diversity for all skin types and hair textures. I take pride in the fact that I listen to what my clients want, I’m not one size fits all and I dedicate myself to real makeup, real skin, and real people.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
The way my client feels when I’m done with the service is always my top priority. I’m always very open for feedback or changing something they don’t like because I want you to feel your best. If you’re not happy my job is not done.
