Rising Stars: Meet Glenda Quiroz of Miami / South Florida

Today we’d like to introduce you to Glenda Quiroz.

Glenda, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
This article will be about Glenda Quiroz & Gaby Paz

Our story really started at Solvo Global, but what’s made it special is how naturally everything came together.
Gaby and I come from very different backgrounds, which is exactly what makes our partnership work so well.

Gaby comes from a finance, business, and operations background, but what has always stood out about her is her entrepreneurial mindset. Even before graduating, she was already working alongside business owners, supporting different areas of their companies and learning firsthand what it really takes to build and grow a business. Over the years, she naturally stepped into consulting, operations, and partnership-driven roles, helping businesses improve processes, solve challenges, and scale more strategically. She’s always had a passion for understanding how businesses operate behind the scenes and building strong relationships that drive growth. That’s something she brought with her to Solvo Global, where she now works closely with growing companies, especially law firms, helping them build strong teams and create smarter, more scalable business solutions.

Glenda:
On my end, I come from a recruiting and online sales background. I spent several years at the #1 staffing firm in the world at the time, where I built a strong foundation in identifying and placing top talent. That experience showed me early on that the right people don’t just fill roles, they change the trajectory of a business.

As I grew in my career, I moved into more entrepreneurial spaces that strengthened my skills in relationship-building, sales, and business development. I learned how to look beyond the hire and really understand what business owners are trying to build their vision, their pressure, and what it takes to actually scale something successfully.

Today, what drives me is bigger than just business growth. I work closely with business owners to help them build their dream, to scale their companies in a way that is structured, profitable, and sustainable.

But for me, it’s also deeply personal.

As an immigrant from Venezuela, I’ve experienced firsthand what it means to seek opportunity. That’s why a big part of my work is creating those same opportunities for others, especially across Latin America. Through what I do, I’m able to connect talented individuals to careers they may not have otherwise had access to, giving them the chance to grow, support their families, and change their own trajectory.

And that’s what gives my work meaning.

It’s not just about helping businesses scale, it’s about building something that creates impact on both sides. Helping companies grow, while also opening doors for people around the world who are ready for that opportunity.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Has it been smooth? Not at all, and honestly, I think that’s what has shaped us the most. A lot of people see the events, the partnerships, the growth, and assume it all came naturally, but behind the scenes there were a lot of moments that pushed us to grow quickly.

One of our biggest challenges was learning how to truly put ourselves out there. Whether it was speaking on stages, building our personal brands, creating content, or walking into rooms full of established business owners and decision-makers, that confidence didn’t happen overnight. We had to learn how to own our voice, trust our experience, and stop second-guessing ourselves.

At the same time, as things started growing, we also had to learn how to balance a lot, clients, partnerships, travel, internal teams, our personal lives (kids, family, etc.) and the pressure of always wanting to deliver at a high level. We both naturally go above and beyond for the people we work with, so learning how to scale without losing that personal touch was a big part of the journey.

And of course, there were moments where things didn’t go as planned, deals that took longer, opportunities that didn’t work out, or times when we had to pivot quickly. But every challenge made us stronger, sharper, and more intentional about how we lead and how we show up today.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Today, we both work at Solvo Global, where we help growing businesses, especially law firms, build high-performing teams across Latin America. On paper, that means helping firms find incredible bilingual talent and create more scalable teams, but what we really do goes far beyond staffing.

A big part of our work is helping business owners think differently about growth, how to build the right infrastructure, how to delegate effectively, and how to create teams that actually support the vision they’re trying to build. We’ve become known not just for bringing solutions, but for bringing perspective, strategy, and real partnership.

What we’re most proud of isn’t a title or a number, it’s the relationships we’ve built and the trust we’ve earned along the way. We’ve had the opportunity to work closely with founders, attorneys, and leadership teams who allow us into some of the most important parts of their business, and we never take that lightly.

What really sets us apart is that we lead with both strategy and heart. We understand business, operations, and growth, but we also understand people, relationships, and what it takes to build something meaningful. We’re hands-on, we’re honest, and we genuinely care about the impact we’re making, not just for our clients, but for the teams and partnerships we’re helping create.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
We both believe risk is a necessary part of growth, but for us, it’s never been about being reckless, it’s about being willing to bet on yourself, even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.

A lot of the biggest risks we’ve taken weren’t one big dramatic moment, they were the smaller decisions that added up over time. Saying yes to opportunities before we knew exactly where they would lead. Investing in relationships, partnerships, travel, events, and experiences before there was a guaranteed return. Choosing to play the long game instead of always looking for the immediate win.

There’s also a personal side to that. We both have full lives outside of work, families, relationships, responsibilities, and there were definitely moments where growth required sacrifices. More travel, longer days, showing up when we were tired, and continuing to push forward because we believed in what we were building.

I think as women in business, there’s always a level of risk in choosing to think bigger, take up space, and trust your instincts, especially when the path isn’t always clear. But some of our biggest opportunities, strongest partnerships, and most meaningful growth have come from the moments where we chose to lean in anyway.

For us, risk isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about trusting yourself enough to take the next step, even before you can see the full picture.

Pricing:

  • Because every engagement at Solvo Global is customized based on the role, experience level, language requirements, and location, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. What we can share is that most of our clients typically see 40–60% savings compared to traditional U.S.-based hiring, which often translates to tens of thousands of dollars saved per role each year while still giving them access to highly skilled, fully dedicated professionals. We keep our model simple and transparent through a monthly flat-fee structure, with no recruiting fees or placement fees. Our clients only move forward when they find the right fit and decide to hire. From there, their team members become a true extension of their business, backed by the infrastructure, operational support, and resources needed to help them scale with confidence.
