Today we’d like to introduce you to Emanuel Cuestas
Hi Emanuel, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Moved from Honduras in 2022 pursuing my dream job and career of becoming a Pilot. I was an artist and full time student in Tegucigalpa. After Covid hit, I decided to move to the US and follow my life long dream of becoming an airline pilot. Now with multiple ratings and 500 hours, I am an embry riddle full time student and jetblue cadet in their program, Im currently working in finding a Job.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been smooth for the most part. Financial troubles and school closures made my life difficult, friends died in a crash. And lost a lot of money when my flight school closed. But thankfully I am pushing still and my family has my back.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a commercial pilot single engine land multi engine land and single engine sea with instrument rating. I try to blog my whole path!
What are your plans for the future?
I am planning to join an airline soon so i can jump to the mayors soon enough!
