Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
CreativeSOULyoga is an artisan-inspired business. I am a painter first who decided to have my art printed onto beautiful high-end boho material in order to create these unique tailor-made boho blouses, beach wear and yoga pants, bags and clutches, and more!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I have faced the obstacles of price point in that these are designer pieces made with care and high-end materials. I assure you they are worth what I charge yet I cannot sell them at a lesser price point as the quality would be diminished! Recently this has been an issue as many people are facing new additional pressure from rising prices of stable products like food and gas. I also make my pieces sustainable: they are made to order & are not fast fashion. This makes them Environmental friendly. This also adds to the price point.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specifically create large beautiful paintings in oil paint and acrylic mixed media. I am very proud of my paintings but was striving to find other ways to get my art to the world when I created the CreativeSOULyoga apparel line. I feel that my line of apparel helps people to get to know me as an artist better. I’m hoping to show my art in Miami more!
