Today we’d like to introduce you to Brie Mazin.
Hi Brie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Growing up, it was always brought to my attention that I was a natural born connector. After majoring in Advertising and Public Relations with a Minor in Marketing at UCF, I moved to NYC where I founded a production company, YOUnited TV. The reason I started this company is to connect people’s passions with the world through video interviews. I also started teaching fitness classes where I would help others achieve their health goals. Once I moved to South Florida, I was reconnected with a friend, who eventually became my husband. We started a family and built our home in Boynton Beach, Florida. For the past several years, I’ve combined each of my passions (being in front of the camera, yoga, and mom lifestyle) into the brand Florida Yoga Mama. It is my goal to continue to connect people and help them feel amazing on the outside and the inside.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In my mid 20’s after moving back to South Florida from the excitement of NYC, I questioned my joy. It was then that I attended my first yoga class and made a vision board and discovered my true calling. It was the first time I applied the spiritual teachings and started living them to manifest the life of my dreams.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a mom first, yoga teacher second, inspirer/influencer third. I am blessed with three amazing children (ages 9, 7, and 3). From the moment of school drop off until the hours of school pickup, I am devoted to teaching yoga, creating content for my blog and building further relationships. For the brand FYM, I am known for keeping it real. Whatever I am doing, I bring in my people. I feel so blessed to have found a professional outlet for my natural sharing, experiencing and growing further joys.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Abundance in knowing that there is enough out there for each of us to shine. Therefore, my honest and genuine approach to everything I tackle has led to a reputation of integrity.
