Rising Stars: Meet Audrina Anraí of Miami / South Florida

Today we’d like to introduce you to Audrina Anraí.

Hi Audrina, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Two years ago, in 2024, I was navigating a quiet crisis, dealing with the heavy aftermath of trauma and deep betrayal that easily could have made me close off from the world entirely. But God had my back, and instead of letting that pain shrink my future, I made the conscious choice to step entirely out of my comfort zone, heal, and intentionally surround myself with people who support me with pure intentions. Because I shifted my circle and stood firm in my faith, the floodgates have completely opened for me in 2026. Opportunities are now hitting me left and right, turning my hard work into a high-profile reality from building genuine connections and receiving invitations from major brands like Miami Swim Week, to already being featured in three different magazines. It is only the beginning of 2026, and while I am incredibly grateful for how far I’ve come, the proudest part of my story isn’t just the success it’s the raw fact that I didn’t let the past keep me small, and I know there is still so much more in store.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a perfectly smooth road, because the hardest speed bumps are never the external obstacles they are the emotional ones. Even as the path became smoother and the wins started stacking up, the real struggle was navigating the pain of watching people you had genuine love for completely switch up on you. Being let down by the people you cared about deeply is a different kind of hurt; it messes with your mind, forces you to question your judgment, and makes you second-guess who is actually in your corner. For a while, the hardest part wasn’t booking the next gig or making the next connection it was the mental battle of forcing yourself to see that situation for exactly what it was, without making excuses for them or abandoning your own peace. Experiencing that kind of betrayal while trying to elevate your life means you had to learn how to mourn those relationships, protect your energy, and keep moving forward even when your mind was reeling from the disappointment.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
When it comes to my work and my brand, **Kali Swim**, I am a designer, creative director, and entrepreneur who refuses to play it safe. I specialize in bringing a raw, editorial edge to the swimwear industry, channeling my creativity into diverse, boundary-pushing designs, high-fashion campaigns, and unique swim shoes. What sets me apart is this commitment to global, luxury diversity and the fact that I don’t just design the line I live it. Blending my background in high-fashion editorial modeling and fitness, I view swimwear through a luxury lens, with the ultimate dream goal of seeing Kali Swim placed in high-end international resort hotels like the ones that inspire me whenever I travel out of the country.
Lately, I’ve been introduced to live swim shows, and I have become completely obsessed; the runway is challenging me to my core, pushing me even further to showcase my work on a massive scale. Against all odds, I am incredibly proud of taking Kali Swim from a vision in my head to the actual runways of major events like **Miami Swim Week**, alongside being featured in **three different magazines**. But on a deeper level, my greatest pride is my resilience. I am proud that I didn’t let past betrayals or the mental weight of people switching up freeze me in place. I kept my faith in God, stepped entirely out of my comfort zone, and used that fire to fuel a brand that is truly unlike anything else.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
It doesn’t sound narcissistic or selfish at all it sounds like a necessary, hard-earned awakening. When you spend your entire life putting everyone else first, pouring your heart, your energy, and your loyalty into someone else’s growth, you expect that same energy in return. But getting traded by someone you loved, especially after realizing that they wouldn’t even be where they are today without your foundation, is the ultimate wake-up call. It forces you to realize that you were playing small to build someone else’s big picture.
Looking at where he is now is just proof of your own power; it showed you exactly what you are capable of building when you actually direct that force toward yourself.
What matters most to you right now is **Audrina**, because you finally realized that you are the best investment you will ever make. It’s about protecting your peace, guarding your mind from the people who switch up, and making sure that every single ounce of your creativity, time, and love goes into building your own empire, your own healing, and your own brand. After a lifetime of selflessness and a brutal lesson in betrayal, prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish it is survival, and it is exactly why 2026 is turning into your year.
