Today we’d like to introduce you to Angela Andronache.
Hi Angela, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Angela Andronache is an award-winning filmmaker, actress, and film director based in South Florida, as well as a licensed real estate broker associate with LPT Realty. She is also the founder of Andronache Studio, a creative brand dedicated to creating branded commercials, real estate videos, and award-winning films. Angela also helps her clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, buying and selling homes.
Born and raised in the Republic of Moldova, Angela grew up with a balance of structure and creativity: her father was an engineer and her mother a professor of French and Russian. That foundation inspired her to explore multiple disciplines; she studied IT and Biology, earned a Master’s degree in Criminal Investigation in Romania, and also attended art school. Before moving to the United States, she began her career as a debt collector in the Netherlands, mastering some of the toughest negotiation skills imaginable, skills she now applies with confidence in her real estate transactions. But deep down, Angela felt called to something bigger.
She first arrived in Chicago, where she experienced both the challenges and excitement of starting fresh in a new country. On a quick vacation to Florida, she fell in love with the energy of the state and the amount of possibilities and real estate available, so she decided to stay permanently. It was through real estate training that Angela was introduced to improv and public speaking classes. That experience awakened the passion for filmmaking, and from there, a new chapter of her life began, one that now allows her to provide in-house video and photo production services for her clients.
Angela has since gone on to direct and produce multiple award-winning short films, with recognition across the United States and internationally, with over 59 film Awards for “The Box”, “Small Things”, and a recent Best Cinematography award for “Queen of Hearts” in Ft. Lauderdale at the 48hr Film Project Festival. At the same time, she continues to thrive in luxury real estate across Miami and Palm Beach, from high-rise towers like Aston Martin, Armani, or Bentley to high-end mansions, where she combines her creative storytelling skills with her ability to guide people through life-changing decisions.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Smooth? Not even close. If it were smooth, I probably wouldn’t be here telling this story; I’d be too comfortable. My journey has been made of bumps, detours, and a lot of moments where I thought, “This is it, I can’t keep going.” I’ve always believed life has a way of preparing you before you even realize what you’re being prepared for. From early on, I was fascinated by everything: I studied IT and Biology, earned a Master’s in Criminal Investigation, and even finished Art School. You could say I was searching, collecting pieces of myself in different worlds.
When I moved to the U.S., I had no family here, no connections, no safety net. Just a stubborn belief that my life had to be bigger than what I left behind. There were nights I cried from exhaustion and mornings where I questioned whether chasing this dream was pure bravery or pure madness.
On the filmmaking side, it was terrifying to put myself out there. I wasn’t born into Hollywood, I didn’t have a roadmap, and many times I walked into rooms where people underestimated me before I even opened my mouth. I had to fight twice as hard to be heard, to be taken seriously, not just as a woman, but as someone building everything from scratch in a country that wasn’t mine.
In real estate, the struggles were different but just as intense. Rejection after rejection, clients backing out last minute, deals falling through, it teaches you quickly that you can’t attach your self-worth to one “yes” or one “no.” You learn to get up, brush yourself off, and keep going.
The truth is, every struggle became fuel. Every setback taught me something I couldn’t have learned in a classroom. I learned resilience, patience, and the ability to create opportunity out of thin air. Looking back, I wouldn’t erase any of it, because without the chaos, the exhaustion, and the doubts, I wouldn’t have found the fire that drives me today.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a realtor in Miami and Palm Beach who also happens to be an award-winning filmmaker. Over the last 2 years, my new films have won more than 40 awards around the world for “Small Things” and 19 awards for “THE BOX,” with selections and wins at festivals such as Los Angeles Film Awards, Heart of Europe International, Best Director at Crown Point International Film Festival in Chicago, a recent Award for Best Cinematography for “Queen of Hearts” in Ft. Lauderdale at the 48 hr Film Festival and many more. and I’ve learned a lot about storytelling, what makes a story truly connect with people. I bring that same approach to real estate, specializing in luxury homes like the ones in Armani, Aston Martin, Bentley Residences, or mansions in Palm Beach. What truly sets me apart is that I straddle two worlds, real estate and entertainment, which allows me to build connections most realtors don’t have access to.
Beyond real estate, I own a video production company that produces high-end property tours, brand commercials, and award-winning film content. This fusion of film and real estate allows me to create powerful marketing campaigns that highlight not just the features of a home, but the story and emotion behind it.
When I’m helping clients buy or sell, I don’t just see a building or an investment, I see a future full of memories waiting to happen. Using my creativity from filmmaking, I create videos and marketing that let people feel the potential of a home before they even walk through the door. For me, real estate is more than a transaction; it’s about helping people find a place where their next chapter begins.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice? Don’t wait until you feel ready, because you’ll never feel ready. Jump in, make mistakes, get messy, and figure it out as you go. When I started, I wasted too much time thinking I had to “have it all together” before I could even begin. The truth is, clarity only comes from action.
I wish someone had told me that rejection isn’t the end of the world, it’s actually a filter. Not every person, client, or opportunity is meant for you. And that’s okay. Every “no” is pushing you closer to the right “yes.”
Also, protect your energy. In both real estate and film, I’ve learned that people will test your boundaries, your time, and your confidence. Learn to say no without apologizing. Learn to walk away from things that don’t feel right, even if it scares you.
And finally, fall in love with the process, not just the result. Awards, sales, recognition, they’re amazing, but they fade. What stays is who you become in the process: the resilience, the courage, the grit. That’s the real win.
