Today we’d like to introduce you to Ana Cristina Rodriguez
Hi Ana Cristina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m originally from Ecuador, I consider myself a Miami native since moving to the US in 2005. Real Estate runs in my family and with an advertising and social media marketing degree, I decided to venture into the Miami Real Estate industry. I understood the importance of a mentor early on and started my Real Estate career as a top producer marketing director in 2018 to the Sandra Debuire Team at Coldwell Banker. Since then, I have been involved in hundreds of transactions and helped the team, now Debuire International Realty with Side Inc., break into the luxury home business in one of the most competitive markets in the USA.
Selling a property is much more than taking photos and posting them on the MLS (Multi Listing System), and I understand the critical elements needed to successfully market homes and convert efforts into successful sales. The time came for me to transition from supporting the team to launching my own business and personal brand as an agent within the team’s sales force. Since, I have dedicated myself to helping customers, and fellow millennials sell and buy their first homes and investments. I invest in Real Estate myself and own properties in Brickell and Central Florida.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Breaking into the Real Estate industry has never been easy. I knew that to put my foot in the door I needed to learn everything I could before launching myself into the world of purely commission-based payments and ever-challenging real estate transactions. When I started in 2018, agents were just begining to realize the importance of a digital presence. I knew my communications background would be of great use to assist already successful top-producing agents elevate their marketing efforts and social media strategies. In an industry where prospecting is essential, I understand the power of content creation and it is the #1 marketing approach within my business.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Today we are bombarded with strangers calling our phones every 30 minutes. I rather spend my time creating good, informative content that brings value to people who decide to follow me on socials. This is my prospecting strategy today. At the end of the day, the people who know and like you are the ones who will work with you. I create content targeted to fellow millennials who want to stop sending money directly into their landlord’s bank account and want to start contributing towards their own equity or investments. I understand the power of working alongside knowledgeable mortgage brokers as millennials will often benefit from money lending to acquire their first home.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
The Real Estate industry has been through some changes in regulations recently, this has caused people who were on the fence of getting their license to back down and new or not seasoned agents to change industries. I pride myself on staying on top of these changes and offering my customers complete and accurate information when it comes to helping them acquire or sell their biggest investments. My goal is to make the process smooth and stress-free for them.
