Today we’d like to introduce you to Yehuda Nathan
Hi Yehuda, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Hi, I’m Yehuda. i started doing woodworking as a kid and in school with my first wood shop that i made in my dorm room. From there i started to do projects in peoples homes like shelving units and odd and end projects.. Fast forward a few years i went to my next shop where i had a 1000 sq ft garage that i built tv units, closets and even my first kitchen out of. After growing out of that shop i brough in an investor and got serious. Together we got ourself my current shop that is close to 10,000 sq feet. We opened a full showroom and invested in lots of machinery and an amazing crew to be able to take on any size job. Recently i bought out my partner and today the shop focuses on high end residential and commercial millwork projects. We focus on custom projects that range from full scale millwork packages for high end condos in Miami to large scale commercial packages like lobby’s, synagogues and the sort.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There has been plenty of struggles, from the every day stress of if we are doing our best to the big decisions that had to be made before firing an employee. How to delegate to each employee in their own way and how to stay calm even when they make a really expensive mistake.. We have done very large large jobs that took months of work only to see no profits at the end.. there is always struggles.. but those are the best parts! At the end of the day the feeling when it does work out makes it all worth it!!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My passion is in interior design and architecture. My company yn design is a full scale millwork shop here in south Florida. We build custom kitchens, wall units and lots of cool custom things. I think what most defines us is definitely our attention to detail and our passion for what we do. I love being involved through out the whole process so i can see the project come to life from beginning to end and i can personally put in all of the little details that make the difference!

I’m a huge believer in god and i see every day how he guides us in the right direction through every step of the way!
