Thanks for sharing your story with us Vanessa. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started in real estate completely by accident in 2003. I was studying to get into graduate school and decided to buy a condo. I was very intrigued with how the whole process worked and decided to give it a shot. I haven’t looked back since.
Has it been a smooth road?
No, it hasn’t always been a smooth road. In 2008, we hit a down market and I relied on doing rentals and short sales.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
I lead a team of 12 agents. We specialize in selling and renting residential and commercial properties all over South Florida. We are known for providing 5 star service. Our clients always come first. That’s definitely what I’m most proud of as the team leader.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Our city is a great place to start if you’re driven, ambitious and 100% committed to succeeding. It’s a very competitive city and you have to go above and beyond to set yourself apart.
