Meet Tre Neal of Loc N Grow Enterprises in North Miami

I’ve worked in the entertainment industry for the past fifteen years, in which I’ve worked with a lot of people and various brands. Loc N Grow Enterprises was created while working as a media professional for Real or Nothin and Cool Runnings DJs in Jacksonville, FL. The owner of Real Or Nothin pushed me to start my company after seeing the progress I made working with his and other brands. When starting my brand, I was extremely hesitant, but I knew to step out on faith was my only option. I enjoy being a part of brands from the beginning and watching them grow to their fullest potential. My goal with starting Loc N Grow Enterprises is to inspire others to live to their highest potential and manifest their dreams.

When working in the entertainment industry, nothing is a smooth road. I’ve had my roadblocks and obstacles working in a male-dominated industry. There have been many times where I’ve sat in the room with a group of male professionals and they may overlook the women as the assistant. I would say, women in the industry have to work double time to make an imprint and gain respect.

Loc N Grow Enterprises is a marketing and management company in South Florida. LNG was created to be a one-stop company to build brands by providing social media management, marketing, management, and media placements. The company is known for media coverage of various entertainment events and nonprofits, such as Jazz In The Gardens and Make The Homeless Smile Miami.

LNG brings a different element to the industry, I work with the people who may need a voice to be heard. I work with undiscovered talent to make awareness within the industry from music to fashion and even beauty. I’m truly grateful to work alongside great women and men in the industry, kicking down doors to pursue their visions.

God deserves all the credit for having a successful brand over the past ten years. However, my mentor Tony Neal, CEO and Founder of Core DJs, has been a huge asset in my career path. He has pushed me to go harder and never take NO for an answer. As I’ve watched and worked alongside Tony, I’ve learned so many hidden gems and tools to excel my clients and brand. I’m forever grateful to have a music pioneer guide me through the business of music.
