Today we’d like to introduce you to Carolina Arguello.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am 25 years old, I am originally from Nicaragua. Since I was very young, I really liked what is business and social networks and creativity and photography something for which I decided to put everything together and why not study something to what is according to it? Well, I studied marketing and advertising and with that, I’ve been growing on my Instagram. I did not really think about getting to where I am today. It has been quite difficult for me. Many think that everything is easier in the networks and not everything that is behind it. It is an arduous job in creating quality content that is striking to the public, I am not publishing content like magazines but publishing something that shows that I have worked and that something different is unconventional and with it, I have been making myself known with social networks and that gives me the satisfaction of knowing that my work likes my followers who are more than family, I also work with social networks of other people and businesses to create content, photographs, etc! It is gratifying to be able to do what you love in life, always do what you love and you will not work for the rest of your life.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Many fights on the road adversities are always one of them is that I have met people who tell you that you can not do something and that they do not believe in you, and I am one of the people that I demonstrate to myself constantly that I can achieve great things in life and that the only limit is in ourselves and use as a fight shield to show the rest of what you can achieve, do not give up, there are many falls before reaching the top of success, not some people say that everything is easy, everything has a cost and there are sacrifices to obtain a lasting reward.
Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
Well, my work is multi-faceted, so to speak, I work with marketing and advertising, in general, creating designs, content, etc.
Right now, I am starting with a brand of shirts with photographs or designs created entirely by me,
that I feel more proud of my work, would be to enjoy what I love and to inspire more girls to realize how amazing they are and how much they can achieve that they are not left alone with dreaming but working for them, more than all that is what I try in my networks to encourage my followers to dream big and never limit themselves.
So much of the media coverage is focused on the challenges facing women today, but what about the opportunities? Do you feel there are any opportunities that women are particularly well positioned for?
Women always have more challenges in a world in which their stigma and value are overvalued, where they think they are not able to achieve anything in life simply because they are women, but today, it has been seen that it is not true that women have their own light and a great change in credibility is seen, there are women from young who are building a lot in a short time and that is notorious especially in social networks
