Meet Tatiana Rodriguez

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Tatiana Rodriguez. Tatiana was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Tiffany Walker.

Hi Tatiana, we’re so thrilled to have you sharing your story with us today. Maybe we can kick things off by having you introduce yourself to our readers? We’d love to have you go into your story and how you got to where you are today.
I am Miami born and raised. I went to Bay Harbor K-8, Doctors Charter School for high school, and then got my bachelors at FIU. I started working at 15 at a little uniform store in North Miami stayed in retail for a little bit then transitioned into hospitality. I worked at Fontainebleau where I met so many great people. I started working there and became a pool server at 18 years old there which really opened my eyes to the world around me. It was honestly a crazy experience, then COVID came and shut everything down. Towards the end of COVID I got my real estate license and signed up with a brokerage. I didn’t really know yet what I wanted to do with it but I knew how to be a server so I got a job at Hyde at SLS as a pool server/ bottle girl. Little by little I ventured into real estate and now I’m happy to say it’s my full time job.

Please tell us more about your brand, Miami real estate agent
I am happy to work at a 5 star brokerage and be a part of an amazing team. We are not one of the big names, but our service and work ethic isn’t comparable. I love people and with my background in psychology and hospitality it has honestly helped me so much to truly understand different types of clients and know how to work with them to find the homes that they want. Buying a home is a very emotional journey and not always a smooth sailing transaction. I am proud to be next to my clients throughout every step of the way. My goal is not just to sell houses, but to create long term relationships and friendships where my clients know they can come to me with just about anything and I’m there to help. I truly care about each individual I work with and I can’t rest until I know they are happy.

So, as we mentioned to our audience earlier, you were introduced to us by Tiffany Walker and we really admire them and what they’ve built. For folks who might not be as familiar, can you tell them a bit about your experience with Tiffany.
I met Tiffany years ago, working at TJ Maxx when we were both starting out college. I went to FIU and Tiffany went to Johnson and Wales. Working together is where Tiffany and I became friends and got closer. When hurricane Irma was coming to Miami the university told everyone to evacuate so Tiffany came to stay with my family and I. During that time before we lost power Tiffany was cooking for us all the time. She loved and still loves to cook and everything she makes is absolutely delicious. When we lost power Tiffany was outside cooking on the grill for everyone and taught me how to. When the hurricane mess was all over all my mom kept asking was when is Tiffany coming back for dinner?

Tiffany is just an amazing, caring individual and that is something you see in her creations. Anytime she’s cooking or making something she has a smile on her face. When Tiffany will have me over her house she’ll have a full set up and beautiful presentation for her food.

When she began her ice cream making journey I was so excited for her. I remember coming to her house to buy one and she brought me down the sample for the first time I was honestly blown away. That says a lot because growing up my family had a terrible sweet tooth, so we ended every night with a bowl of ice cream after dinner. Tiffany’s ice cream was easily the best ice cream I ever had. I went home that day and was so excited for my boyfriend who is a huge sweets fan to try it. He took a bite and was shook. He also said it was the best he’s ever had. Easily we finished our jar within a few days and my boyfriend Connor just kept asking me when am I going to order more? I bought a new jar and took it to his office for his bosses and coworkers to try. Everyone was obsessed, and loved it. Not one person in there wasn’t a fan.
