I’m a retailer at heart, been a part of the retail industry for 20 years. My journey has been an interesting one holding several roles at various fortune 500 organizations. I made the leap to the tobacco industry about a year ago, I love the product and the people- that is what fuels me.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The biggest obstacles I’ve faced through my journey have mostly been self-induced. I think we are our biggest obstacles in life, both personally and professionally.
My path has been the opposite of smooth but we blaze our own trails in this journey.
