Today we’d like to introduce you to Shirdkevia Myrick.
Shirdkevia, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My name is Shirdkevia Myrick. I’m 28 Years Old. I’m a mother of three. I was born and raised in a community called Overtown in Miami, Florida. I was always a young girl that hope and dreams but I couldn’t see myself out a stuck mindset. I was the only girl in the house and I witnessed my mom escaped a verbal/domestic relationship after 15 years. My father has also caught life when I was 11 years old.
I became a mom at the age of 19 years old. Reality Kicked in especially being a single mom for three years. I tried to go back to college and get a better education and I couldn’t stay focus and because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do with myself. (Working two jobs) Basically, I was trying everything just to get us by and I didn’t know how to leave my old life where it was. (A BROKEN GIRL) Six years. I’ve been building my relationship with God.
The Lord told me that my purpose is to help his people find themselves. I didn’t understand it because I didn’t think I had a mindset or strength to do so. I came up with an idea to help inspire young girls and women to find their purpose throughout their darkest moments. I travel and have women empowerment events and help women manifest their life that they deserve. Now I’m planning to open group homes for single mothers to help them get back on track with life. I volunteered in group homes to encouraged broken women. My non profit organization also sells manifesting journals and candles. I have profited so much money by doing so and it helped me invest into women events and to give back.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Embrace With Grace has not been a smooth road but it’s been worth it. Mentally preparing myself after every obstacle thrown at me, and staying on course to put the organization together has been hard. Being a full-time mother is not easy.

Embrace With Grace is a NON-PROFIT organization to help build young girls and women to find their purpose throughout their darkest moments. My Women Empowerment events is to gather all business women and encourage them to never give up on their dreams. Support comes in all shapes and forms. Networking, Tools, Guest speakers, programs and volunteering take place during my events.
Also, my business sale manifesting products, such as journals and candles. Teaching women to make a positive change in their life to accomplish their goals. Not only it’s good for the spirit but mentally prepare them and help them guide them through. I’m Known for these products. I’ve been manifesting for a while and I’m creating the life I deserve to live with determination and building women that serves a purpose on earth. Now, I’m planning to start my first group home in Miami, FL, that’s going to help mothers get back on track with life and help them grow to their fullest potentials.
