Hi Sean, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The idea for the business came from when I experienced the Child Support Office twenty years ago and saw that it needed improvement, I wanted to help people with a better way. The way that I felt I could help them was being with them every step of the way for the court processes. Customers have many questions. I feel being there through all of their procedural questions seven days (with boundaries, of course) gives them a feeling of security and hope. We also inspire strength. We inspire strength by asking pertinent questions to remind them of what they really value, which is the child’s best interest, and being appropriate throughout the process. We assist customers with typing up court documents for child support modifications, divorce, joint custody (time share with child) as per their request. We also serve papers to the opposing party. For those who are seeking divorce, we do divorce mediation.
Essentially, we help them from beginning to middle to end. We also have detective services, and we refer out to counselors when people need family counseling. We add a personal touch by validating a customer’s feelings. We are open seven days a week, 8 AM – 8 PM, with a scheduled appointment. Our rates are very reasonable. We also include payment plans for their convenience. It feels good to save money, have all the court documents ready, and learn how to work with your ex as a win-win!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The greatest gift that I received is becoming an exemplary communicator. In order to interact effectively with a customer who has a plethora of emotions, one needs to validate his/her feelings and communicate in detail. This way, the end result will be clear. And understood.

This is what we do: we assist people with family court documents at reasonable rates. For example: child support modifications, divorce, time-sharing with child, notary, process serving, detective services. Also, with divorce mediations, we do parenting plans and marital settlement agreements.
