Today we’d like to introduce you to DJ Supaman with the Schneider Saintil.
Thanks for sharing your story with us DJ Supaman and Schneider. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
It all began in 2009 as an intern for Cumulus Broadcasting while in college at Florida A&M University. On a radio remote at one of the local clubs in Tallahassee, I got an opportunity to stand in the DJ Booth and I saw the call and response that the DJ commanded while spinning and the rest was history. That’s when I knew I wanted to DJ.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been easy trying to get booked, especially when things weren’t always the greatest at home and the upkeep is expensive but with every gig, The business provided me an outlet to see people enjoy their weddings, baby shower, or party And it was therapeutic.
We’d love to hear more about your work.
I’m an Entertainment coordinator but most people would call it a DJ. I’m most proud of as a company when I get booked and I hear that the referrer is someone I’ve worked with before and they appreciate the work I’ve done. What’s sets me apart is my love for the DJ game and ensuring every guest and client leaves Thoroughly having a good time.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I feel what’s most important to my success is my sense of humor and just being around people. That translates into getting everyone comfortable while partying.
