Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandi Glandt.
Hi Sandi, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I started coaching women in the health and fitness space before I had my babies. I loved coaching women on how to incorporate work / life balance, time management and productivity more than I loved creating meal plans and workouts.
My clients would have massive success when they could just figure out how to manage their time better, implement the strategies I was teaching them to streamline their processes and finally step out of “hustle mode” and truly step into their power of being a mom who works and makes a massive impact and income for her family all while implementing the strategies that didn’t cause her to burn out and truly live her life on purpose.
This is where my coaching had a turning point and I knew that I could get my clients massive results by focusing in on systems and strategies in their business to help them create true income and time freedom for themselves and their families.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course, business or motherhood is never a smooth road. There are bumps and twists and turns almost at almost every step of the way. Every time you think you have something figured out, or you go to the next level in your business there is something new to navigate.
I had my second son, Jordan last year in July and the same month I had my baby, I launched my first book “Slay Your Day”. I was in a mode where I was taking care of business, in toddler and baby mode, making sure to fuel myself and serve my clients.
As I mentioned, every next level (whether personal or professional) will require a new skill set, mindset and level of commitment. I am committed to being the BEST version of me for my clients, community, kids, husband and myself.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a high performance productivity coach for female entrepreneurs. I help my overwhelmed, stressed out clients maximize their time, energy and productivity to be present and intentional with the most important aspects of their life. I help women go from overwhelm and burnout to balance.
I am the Author of Best Selling Book- Slay Your Day: How to get more done, become ultra productive and unlock your full potential!
What I want women to know who are running businesses, babies, the home, their own self care, etc is that they CAN have it ALL. You get to have anything you want in life with the right commitment, dedication, support, structure and strategy.
However, you cannot be ALL the things ALL at once. You have to have a plan, commit and execute accordingly. There is where I help my clients achieve maximize success and results.
My clients rave about how I help them turn their stressed out, busy lives into massive productivity and are now able to “balance” their time to do it all. I am most proud of the ripple effect my coaching has on the women I work with.
These women tell me they now have time to spending intentionally with their partners, with their kids, going to the next level in their business and (something they’ve never had before) time for self care. Most of my client’s success comes from working with me one on one, my group coaching programs, courses or even my book. (Slay Your Day).
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I think you see “luck” show up more and more the better prepared you are.
I believe I am a very “lucky” person but that is because I have given myself the opportunity to be prepared when proper planning meets opportunity.
