Today we’d like to introduce you to Randy Dominguez.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I came in from Cuba back in Oct 2005. I got licensed April 2007 and immediately I started doing a hard study in all related to Veterinary Surgery. I worked at Palmetto Animal Clinic from 2007-2011 and I founded Animal Care and Surgical Hospital on February 14th, 2011.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
There were too many difficulties and struggles along the way but mostly the extremely hard study hours, I rejected everything else but just going to work and studying at all times.

Animal Care and Surgical Hospital it is a place where you can find all kind of Veterinary care from something like just yearly vaccines, prevention to the most advanced procedures in the field such as orthopedic, soft tissue and spine surgery, upper GI studies, rhinoscopy, bronchoscopy, cystoscopy, colonoscopy, and most important we have a special interest in Minimally Invasive Procedures the reason why we are one of the few to offer Arthroscopy, laparoscopy and thoracoscopy procedures and it is there where we are most proud of.
What were you like growing up?
I love Miami, the people, the environment, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Least about our city?? Traffic Lol!
