Today we’d like to introduce you to Pamela Zapata.
Hi Pamela, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I began my path of transformation in 2017.
I was stuck in a loop of patterns that no longer served me. I had low levels of self-esteem, extreme anxiety, zero clarity in my purpose, depression, toxic relationships, and emotionally unavailable partners. I thought something was seriously wrong with me.
Then it clicked! I wasn’t entirely in love with myself.
I began to embrace my vulnerability, intuition, and courage. I was doing whatever it takes: books, therapy, seminars, transformation training’s, meditation practices, plant medicine, podcasts, and having my own life coach! It has taken a lot of healing to finally understand that I am brave and worthy of love and belonging and it all started with nurturing the relationship with myself.
My life for the past couple of years has been fully committed to my growth.
I fell in love with this work. I am passionate and dedicated to sharing what I learn.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The road was very nonlinear. Lots of struggle, juicy moments, learning, unlearning, and getting out of my comfort zone (that is where the growth happens).
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I don’t like to put myself in a box! I am into many different things. I am a master of all trades and love to mix business with pleasure!
Currently, my interests includes teaching people about how to live a pleasure-centered life. Additionally, I create sexual empowerment art, and I host Speed dating events in Miami!
I also help people improve their relationships, I do this by providing educative resources on my social media platforms and 1 on 1 coaching!
