Pam, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hi! My name is Pam & I created a Wedding Venue on my families’ farm back in 2020. Tree House is a tree farm, growing tropical palms & fruit. The venue is nestled in the middle of the grove so that guests are immersed in the raw natural beauty of the farm. In the last 5 years, our business has grown to become one of the most sought after venues in our area. We now offer in-house Wedding Florals, Planning, DJ, Bar, Decor & more. The magic of Tree House is in the natural beauty of the place & the attention to detail that our small team offers to our clients. It’s more than a place- it’s a feeling you’ll cherish forever.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Opening my own business has not been a “smooth road.” I would have never imagined how much I would have to grow & learn & stretch, in such a short time. But the way in which I’ve changed as a person & the way I TRULY enjoy my purpose as an entrepreneur has enriched my life so much.

I have become known for my floral artistry because it is a bit different than your everyday “Wedding Flowers.” I grow my own flowers & forage off the tree farm to create unique arrangements you aren’t used to seeing in traditional weddings.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that I am the only one. I am the only one who is going to hold myself accountable, the only one who is going to do THE WORK, the only one who is going to figure out what needs to be figured out. You can’t outsource, you can’t rely on others, you have to grind & be resourceful.
