Nina’s Fresh Bakery was started by Nina in 2013 at her Palm Beach Gardens residence as a home-based bakery. The sweet word quickly passed around town and Nina’s opened up their first retail location in 2015 located at 1200 Town Center Dr suite 110, Jupiter FL 33458. We serve breakfast pastries such as croissants, Danishes, cinnamon rolls, lunches served on our homemade breads and cakes and cupcakes of many flavors. Our products are prepared with all-natural ingredients, based on traditional recipes, with the right amount of creativity and passion for baking. European quality freshly baked from our kitchen to your table. We specialize in making custom cakes from birthdays to weddings, baby showers, anniversaries and more. Our second location opened up the summer 2017 at 121 Center st, Jupiter FL 33458. We love serving to all our customers.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It’s definitely not an easy process to get your business locations up and running but with hard work and dedication everything is possible. You have to truly love what you do.

We are one of the only places around that still uses grandmas’ recipes and simple ingredients to bake delicious sweets. We are family owned and operated and proud to be supported by this great community. We specialize in making custom cakes, cupcakes and any sweet creations you may have in mind.
What were you like growing up?
I was always in the kitchen with my mom or grandma baking or cooking. My mom though me the most and after opening her own restaurant I was spent most of my youth learning from chefs and pastry chefs, which led me to culinary college to continue my passion.
