Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Perez.
Nicole, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I moved from the Dominican Republic in 2012 to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. After graduation, I started working as a bookkeeper in multiple companies where I gained extensive experience and knowledge. In 2015, I decided to open my own bookkeeping and accounting services company due to the multiple offers and referrals I was receiving. By the age of 26, I became President and CEO of NMPP Consulting where we count with more than 10 employees and manage over 40% of restaurants in Brickell Avenue and other small businesses in the area.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Starting a company is no easy task and it has been a long road, but fortunately for us, NMPP Consulting has quickly positioned itself as a fast-rising company in South Florida. We are very content with the clients we represent and we are 100% commitment to them.

NMPP Consulting is a Financial Consulting Firm that has successfully built and maintained Bookkeeping and Accounting Services to new and established businesses in the area for over five years.

Is there a specific memory from when you were younger that you really miss?
When I was a little girl, I had wallpaper in my room and because of the hot weather in the Dominican Republic, the wallpaper would often come off. I remember one day, I pulled it off and discovered another wallpaper on the back and I remember being so amazed as if it never occurred to me that there was something behind that there was so much more behind of what I could see… and that gave me the courage and inspiration to move from my home city and try to make it here. This became my vision in life, I have always believed “the best is yet to come,” even if I don’t see it yet, the struggle, the work, the rejections are just stairs into something bigger.
