Meet Natasha C. Wade of Miami

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natasha C. Wade.

Hi Natasha, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.

I began Wade’s Tax Services in January 2005, but my journey started long before that. I left high school early and became a teenage mother, yet I refused to let those circumstances dictate my future. Determined to set an example for my five children, I returned to school, earned my diploma, and eventually completed my Master’s Degree in Management.

Professionally, I built a long-standing career in the transportation industry. I’ve worked in transportation for over 30 years and currently serve as a full-time Transportation Manager — a role that has shaped my leadership, discipline, and commitment to service. I originally started my tax business as a side job, simply wanting to help people better understand their finances. What began as a small one-office operation in Miami has since grown into a trusted tax and financial services firm serving clients in all 50 states.

Over the years, I’ve continued growing my expertise, becoming a licensed life insurance professional and most recently stepping into real estate as **Natasha the REALTOR® Wade**. Today, Wade’s Tax Services offers a full suite of services including individual and business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, business setups, insurance solutions, and financial guidance.

My motto, “I do it because I can,” reflects my belief that with perseverance, purpose, and heart, you can rewrite your story — and help others do the same.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There were long nights, early mornings, and moments when I questioned whether I could keep everything going. But my desire to provide for my family and help others kept me moving forward.

Growing my company also came with its own set of struggles. Building trust, learning to manage clients across 50 states, expanding services, and constantly updating my knowledge in tax law, insurance, and now real estate required dedication and sacrifice. But every challenge taught me something valuable, and each one shaped the businesswoman I am today.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My specialties include individual and business tax preparation, helping new entrepreneurs lay a strong financial foundation, and assisting clients with navigating complex or previously mishandled tax situations. I’m also a licensed life insurance professional in Florida and a REALTOR®, which allows me to help families and business owners not only manage their money — but also protect it and build long-term wealth.

In addition to running my business, I serve as a full-time Transportation Manager, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience from the transportation industry. That background has shaped the way I approach service, communication, and organization.

I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built with my clients. Many come to me feeling stressed or overwhelmed, and I’m proud that they leave with clarity, confidence, and a sense of relief. I’m also proud of the firm’s steady growth — from one desk in Miami to serving clients nationwide — all while maintaining a personal, one-on-one experience.

What sets me apart is my approach. I treat every client like family. My work is rooted in integrity, transparency, and genuine care. I’m known for being patient, thorough, and reliable — someone who listens, explains, and guides without judgment. My clients know they can call me with anything, and I’ll walk them through it step-by-step.

Beyond the services, what truly sets me apart is my story. I didn’t take the traditional path. I worked my way up, built my business from scratch, balanced motherhood, career, and entrepreneurship, and continued expanding my professional skill set. That lived experience allows me to connect with people on a deeper level — because I understand struggle, perseverance, and the desire to build something better.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
My biggest advice for finding a mentor or building a solid network is to be intentional and open. Don’t wait for the “perfect” connection — start with the people around you. Some of my best mentors weren’t in formal roles; they were people I admired for their work ethic, professionalism, or the way they carried themselves.

What has worked well for me is showing up consistently. Whether it’s in my transportation career, tax business, or real estate, I make an effort to build genuine relationships. I ask questions, I listen, and I stay connected. People notice authenticity, and that naturally opens doors.

Another thing I’ve learned is to not be afraid of rooms where you feel like you don’t belong yet. Those are the rooms that stretch you. The key is to stay teachable — mentors are drawn to people who are eager to learn and willing to put in the work.

And lastly, give as much as you receive. Networking is a two-way street. When people see you showing up, helping others, and adding value, the right connections find their way to you.
