Myrna, founder and certified wedding planner with It’s Your Party Events, has been innovating social celebrations since 1998. Her authentic, hands-on approach and attention to detail has earned her a reputation for producing high quality wedding and special events for discriminating clients. With a background in Interior Design from Parson’s in New York, she offers her additional talent and style to help design the event. She creates a partnership with her clients by being attentive and listening to learn about their desires. Guiding them along the planning journey with fun and ease, she is dedicated to turning their dreams into realities.
Myrna and It’s Your Party have been honored to receive many awards and recognition within the event and hospitality industries. She has lasting relationships with the finest professional vendors in all of South Florida. As a leader and together with her creative team she produces amazing and memorable events.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Building It’s Your Party Events in 1998 was quite easy, as, there were not too many planning professionals in the event industry. At that time we used to bring our books with photos to show our work to the clients. Working in Parkland and Boca Raton offered us the opportunities to become well- known within an upscale community where we have showcased our professionalism and creativity. This allowed our continued success until today where we serve all of South Florida.
