Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Marc Goldenberg.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Dr. Goldenberg. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
My grandfather Tata was the sweetest most incredible person I’ve ever met. He was charming, friendly, and brilliant. He was also a dentist.
Growing up, I remember sitting in his chair and hanging out smelling the familiar smells of the dental office. From really young I always knew I wanted to follow in his path. He had such a great relationship with his patients and got such enjoyment from seeing them around town.
So I followed in his path by going to the University of Maryland Dental School which was the first dental school in the country and then went on the specialize in orthodontics at Saint Louis University, the birthplace of orthodontics. Having gone to such a large program I was able to learn a wide variety of treatment methods including traditional braces, Invisalign and lingual braces. We also were exposed to all the latest in orthodontic technology where we can throw away the old gooey impression material and start using digital scanners to view and evaluate our patients’ teeth.
My wife was from Miami so moving back down here was always in our cards. I mean, how could you not want to move down here? We opened our practice in January 2017 and started off with such excitement. My wife is an interior designer so creating our office was so much fun. It’s a beautiful but fun office. Were now happily treating both adults and children just like my grandfather did. And I still love seeing them around town!
Has it been a smooth road?
My background is heavily based on teeth. Spending 11.5 years focusing on the body and specializing in teeth gets you an incredible amount of knowledge about creating smiles but unfortunately does not prepare you for running a small business which is what we are doing.
Because as much as we want to help patients achieve their dreams, we can only do that if we remain as a viable and strong business. We have to stay around to help around. As a practice, we are constantly renewing our procedures to make the orthodontic process as easy and smooth as we can. We strive to provide excellent customer service and that is something in which we are constantly evolving. Working our systems out to make sure there are no waiting times and easy appointments is a constant goal.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Goldenberg Orthodontics – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Our practice is solely dedicated to the practice of orthodontics. We specialize in perfecting and creating the smile that patients have always wanted. Because we spend an extra 3 years on top of dental school we are trained to use all the modern technology at our fingertips to deliver the best treatment we can for our patients.
We can use Invisalign for the esthetically concerned, and we can use traditional braces for those who love blinging out their mouth.
As a company, we pride ourselves on three things: clinical excellence, fantastic patient experience and community service.
We try and set ourselves apart in all those 3 ways.
Clinical excellence: Dr. Goldenberg is board eligible and uses digital radiographs and scanning to produce the best diagnosis and most efficient treatment plan.
Fantastic Patient Experience: Daniella, our patient coordinator, will always make sure to make the new patient process as smooth as possible. We are open until 7 PM on weeknights and are even open Sundays to help patients not miss school or work.
Community Service: We are constantly bringing in patients into our family who are coming from families who may not be able to afford treatment and Dr. Goldenberg has even started a program in South Florida to provide free treatment to patients recovering from chemo or radiation therapy.

Weather is #1. There’s nothing like walking out in December and not having to worry about your Uggs and North Face.
Outdoor Activities #2- I love going jogging and swimming with my kids and wouldn’t trade that for anything.
