Peña Architecture and Engineering Corp. was founded with a clear purpose: to create practical, buildable solutions while maintaining integrity, accountability, and vision. My journey into architecture and engineering was not overnight… it was built through years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and government projects, both domestic and international.
From the beginning, I understood that successful development requires more than drawings; it requires coordination, problem-solving, and trust. I worked closely with developers, contractors, and municipalities, learning every phase of the process… from planning and design to approvals, construction, and funding… allowing me to build a firm that delivers complete, real-world solutions.
At the foundation of this journey is faith. I want to personally thank my Heavenly Father, Yahuah, and His Son, Yahusha, for never leaving my side and for giving me the confirmation and strength to proceed on the path of entrepreneurship. During the most challenging moments, that faith provided clarity, resilience, and direction.
Today, Peña Architecture and Engineering Corp. is a results-driven firm recognized for transparency, communication, and the ability to solve complex challenges. When others say something cannot be done, we focus on how it can be done… bringing projects to life with precision, responsibility, and purpose.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road… and I believe that is true for any meaningful journey. Building Peña Architecture and Engineering Corp. came with challenges that tested both my patience and resilience. There were times when projects stalled, approvals were delayed, and resources were limited. Navigating regulations, financing, and shifting market conditions required constant adaptation and problem-solving.
One of the biggest struggles was earning trust early on. As a growing firm, I had to prove our capabilities through results, consistency, and follow-through. There were also moments of personal sacrifice… long hours, difficult decisions, and carrying the responsibility of both clients and employees.
Through it all, faith played a critical role. Trusting in Yahuah and His Son Yahusha gave me the strength to stay focused during uncertainty and the wisdom to move forward when the path was not clear. Each obstacle became a lesson that helped shape the company into what it is today.
Those challenges ultimately built a stronger foundation… one rooted in perseverance, integrity, and a commitment to delivering solutions, not excuses.

I’m also happiest when I know the work we’re doing makes a real impact… providing opportunities, strengthening communities, and setting a standard of integrity and excellence. Leading a team, mentoring others, and watching people grow professionally and personally brings me a great deal of joy.
Above all, my faith brings me peace and happiness. Knowing that Yahuah and His Son Yahusha guide my steps gives purpose to the work and strength during challenges. That foundation allows me to move forward with clarity, gratitude, and confidence, no matter the circumstances.
