Prior to opening this business, I owned a home improvement company. I enjoyed the business, but changes to the industry made it difficult. I always knew I wanted to get back into owning my own company and I wanted to work with seniors, but home health didn’t seem like the right fit. When I came across Caring Transitions and learned how the services can positively impact the community, I knew it was something I wanted to do. No one else in this region is doing what Caring Transitions does. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of people who are facing challenging life transitions.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Our only struggles have been getting the word out to the communities and explaining all of the different and great services we provide.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Caring Transitions of North Broward – what should we know?
Caring Transitions of North Broward provides help to Seniors and their families who are needing assistance with senior relocation/moving, downsizing, estate sales, and online auctions.
We specialize in taking a stressful situation and provide a seem less transition to our customers. We’re known for our fast and reliable service and making sure everything is done perfectly.
We are most proud at the completion of a job, when we can look at our customers and see the relief of their faces that everything is going to be okay and that they are settled into their new home. Downing sizing and moving into a smaller space (a retirement community) is a scary thing. I enjoy the fact that we can walk our customers through every step of the process and guide them in the right direction.

My team is my biggest support. Without a solid team, I am nothing. I feel like I’ve built a team of individuals who have managed to help create the great company we are today.
