Villa Toscana started as a family estate. The current owners acquired and big old house and the 5 acres of land it sits on, and transformed it into the Tuscan inspired destination that has grown into one of South Florida’s most beautiful event venues and peaceful getaways.
Villa Toscana offers a breathtaking peaceful venue for weddings, corporate functions, and other private events, from intimate parties to grand galas. Our beautiful secluded gated gardens provide countless photo opportunities for capturing the memories of your special event.
Your happily-ever-after begins here. Add the love and laughter of two families joined as one and lasting memories are created. However, you envision your wedding, Villa Toscana offers different romantic ceremony locations ranging from our Secret Garden with Koi ponds and cascading waterfalls, Chapel of Love and Grand fountain.
The courtyard features Italian garden-style architecture that comes alive with lush green manicured lawns and beautiful flowers, the primary focal points are the secret garden and the central fountain with four long reflecting pools make this garden unforgettable.
Villa Toscana is also offered as a bed and breakfast for short term stays. The entire property can be booked for corporate functions, family reunions, and more. Individual suites are also available for locals and travelers seeking a unique destination to relax and enjoy our incredible sunset views.

Villa Toscana is a peaceful venue for weddings, corporate functions, and other private events, from intimate parties to grand galas.
We also provide the entire property and individual suites for short term rental as a boutique bed and breakfast.
We specialize in garden weddings, rustic themed parties, peaceful getaways and retreats, as well as a stopping point for guests traveling South Florida; it is perfect for visiting Redland, The Florida Keys and Everglades National Park, and the rest of Miami and Beaches.

Our event rates are VERY competitive. We are the most BANG FOR THE BUCK when it comes to luxury venues.
We allow guests to use their preferred vendors and plan their own events.
We also provide a list of experienced event staff if needed.
Pricing:.
- Basic Event Package: $2,500 includes (4pm – 11pm) use of the entire property with bridal suite & safari suite (2 Master Bedroom Suites) and common bathroom. The family room & living room are available in case of bad weather. $300/hour for event time extensions.
- Deluxe Event Package: $3,500 All the items of the basic plan plus overnight use of the 9 suites. No Event Time Restrictions Check-Out at 11 AM
- Additional nights added to deluxe package are $1000 per night.
- Individual Suites available on short notice. May range from $30 – $200 per night depending on season and demand.

Good afternoon John and Alberto. My name is Kerry Black. I am the CEO of the South Dade Chamber of Commerce located in downtown Homestead. Our chamber services and represents the municipalities of Cutler Bay, Homestead and Florida City as well as the Redland. Also, I live in the Redland. For the past several months, I have been touring and having chamber events in the gorgeous, hidden gem venues of the Redland. My desire is to introduce these beautiful venues to our deep South Dade corporate and community leaders (Mayors, City Managers, Commissioners, State Representatives as well as corporate leaders from small, medium and large businesses). Many of our members/leaders are desiring to have their corporate events in the deep South Dade versus having to drive up to Miami; but few know of the existence of these venues that are in our own backyard.
Our Chamber’s business strategy for the Redland is: “Preserve the Redland. Prosper it’s Businesses”. We currently have members who own publications that would like to publish feature articles about the how the Redland is quickly becoming the winter wedding destination capital of our nation.
