Meet Jacqueline Aizen of Miami, Florida

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jacqueline Aizen.

Jacqueline Aizen

Hi Jacqueline, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Since I was a child, I’ve always lived at the intersection of performance and healing. I grew up dancing, creating, and loving fashion, while also being endlessly fascinated by health, wellness, and the deeper emotional world within people. Over time, I realized these passions weren’t separate — wellness, the healing arts, creativity, and performance are all connected. They each reveal truth, expression, and our most authentic selves.

My curiosity and love of learning guided me into nutrition and health coaching, while my love of movement and artistry led me into modeling and performance. I’m an empath at heart, and I’ve always been drawn to understanding people; why they do what they do, what holds them back, and what helps them open. I’m passionate about helping people remove the masks they wear and reconnect with who they truly are.

At the core of my work is a belief that the body has its own innate healing wisdom. We all carry a divine spark within us, and my purpose — whether through wellness, food, creative expression, or dance — is to help awaken that in others. Today, my journey blends these two paths: healing through nourishment, and connection through creativity. Both allow me to meet people on a deeper level and inspire them to feel more alive, embodied, and fully themselves.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Life is never without its obstacles, and my path has definitely had its challenges. Growing up, I often felt different — especially being 6’2”. As a kid, I didn’t always know how to fit in. Today, my height is one of the things that makes me uniquely who I am, but back then it felt like something I had to learn to embrace.

I’ve always been highly sensitive and deeply emotional, someone who feels everything intensely. I see that as a gift now because it allows me to connect with people on a profound level. However, it took time to understand how to balance that sensitivity with the practicality life sometimes demands.

Through my inner work and my spiritual studies, especially Kabbalah, I learned to shift my perspective. I began to see that every challenge, every moment of discomfort, and even the darker chapters were actually invitations for growth. Looking back, each struggle played a part in shaping the person I’ve become. And what felt difficult at the time eventually revealed blessings, purpose, and a deeper alignment.

So no, it hasn’t always been a smooth road… but every step has brought me closer to the work I’m meant to do and the woman I’m meant to be.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My work lives at the intersection of wellness, creativity, and the healing arts. I’m a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, but I’m also a model, performer, and storyteller — and over time I’ve woven all of these parts of myself into one unified expression: a 6’2 Multidimensional Muse.

What I do is help people feel deeply nourished — physically, emotionally, creatively, and energetically. In my wellness work, I specialize in metabolic health, hormone balance, and behavioral change. I’ve guided hundreds of patients across the country, helping them reconnect with their bodies, rebuild trust in themselves, and awaken their own innate healing wisdom.

At the same time, my creative work is another form of healing. Through modeling, dance, content creation, and performance, I explore embodiment, self-expression, and the beauty of living in alignment. My YouTube channel, workshops, and creative collaborations all reflect this fusion of nourishment and art. I use movement, presence, and storytelling as tools to help people feel more alive and more connected to who they truly are.

What I’m most proud of is that I never forced myself into a single box. I allowed myself to be multidimensional — a healer, an artist, a muse, a guide; and now my work reflects the wholeness of who I am.

What sets me apart is the way I connect with people. I’m deeply intuitive and empathic, and I meet others on a very human, emotional, and spiritual level. Whether I’m working with a patient, performing on a runway, or creating content, my intention is always the same: to help people feel seen, inspired, and reconnected with their own divine spark.

My work is less about one title and more about awakening something meaningful in others. And that’s what I love most, creating experiences, through wellness or art, that help people feel nourished from the inside out.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
My parents and loved ones have been a tremendous source of support, always standing by me through every stage of my journey. I’m deeply grateful for the people closest to my heart who lifted me up in both the beautiful and challenging moments.

And I also believe the people who challenged me — or even felt like they were opposing me — deserve credit as well. Those experiences helped me grow stronger, develop resilience, and become more aligned with my purpose. Every person, whether supportive or challenging, played a meaningful role in shaping the woman I am today.
