Meet Isaiah Barbour

Today we’d like to introduce you to Isaiah Barbour.

Hi Isaiah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
LA Chaleur got started with a vision & then execution. For the past three years, we have focused on making the best quality clothing & coming up with new ideas that will make an impact in the fashion industry. Our pieces come from life experience & overall creative minds. We have had several NBA & Hollywood stars wearing our clothing and has been featured on many fashion blogs. Our first collection, “Brand of Angels,” was 100% handmade & cut and sewn in the USA. No cheap labor, no manufacturer and no sweatshops. We chose to take that route as a contribution to the world.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been an overall smooth road, but it’s been a great one. There have been some struggles trying to figure everything out on our own and how to move on certain things, but we have stayed the course with the direction we want to continue to go in.

Founder/Designer of LA Chaleur. Most proud of how we have continued to stay the course & put out quality pieces. LA Chaleur is a timeless and limitless brand. We want to be great at what WE do and how WE do it.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
God, my family (Dad, Mom, Three sisters, My Lil brother & nieces/nephew) and others. RIP to My grandfather, Paul Sr., My grandmother Ma Lou & my Bishop. Big shoutout to my business partner Cyrano Parsons.
