Hi Hailey, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Board & Blossom began with a simple love for bringing people together through food. I’ve always enjoyed hosting, creating beautiful displays, and paying attention to the small details that make gatherings feel special. Over time, I realized that charcuterie was more than just food—it was an experience that encouraged people to connect, celebrate, and make memories.
What started as an idea quickly turned into a passion project. I saw an opportunity to offer something more interactive than a traditional charcuterie board and wanted to create a unique experience for guests. That vision led to the creation of the Board & Blossom cart.
Today, Board & Blossom specializes in curated cart experiences for birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, wellness gatherings, and other special occasions throughout South Florida. While charcuterie remains at the heart of the business, I also offer fully customized cart experiences tailored to each event. My goal has always been to create something that feels both beautiful and memorable while making the hosting process easier for my clients.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As Board & Blossom has grown, it’s been a fairly smooth road, but every road has a bump or two along the way. Some of those bumps have simply come from learning and adapting as a business owner.
One of the biggest lessons has been figuring out how to scale for different guest counts. Every event is unique, and it took some trial and refinement to determine exactly how much product to prepare while maintaining the quality and presentation I wanted to deliver.
I’ve also had a few unexpected challenges with the cart itself. After several events, I made repairs and modifications to improve its durability and functionality. While those adjustments weren’t part of the original plan, they ultimately helped create a better experience for both me and my clients.
I’ve been fortunate to have a positive experience building Board & Blossom. Each event has taught me something new, and every challenge has helped me continue refining the business and the experience I provide for my clients.

Board & Blossom is a South Florida-based mobile charcuterie cart business that specializes in creating elevated and customizable food experiences for events of all kinds. From baby showers and birthdays to corporate events and wellness gatherings, our goal is to provide something that feels both beautiful and effortless for our clients.
What sets Board & Blossom apart is our flexibility. While charcuterie is our signature offering, we aren’t limited to a single menu or concept. One of my favorite things about the business is working with clients to create something that reflects their event, whether that’s a traditional charcuterie cart, a trail mix bar, or another custom setup. I never wanted Board & Blossom to fit into a box, and that creativity continues to shape the brand today.
I’m most proud of the fact that Board & Blossom was built from a genuine passion for creating. Every detail, from the presentation to the overall guest experience, is thoughtfully considered. What started as a creative outlet has grown into a brand that allows me to combine food, design, and hospitality in a way that feels authentic to me.
I want readers to know that Board & Blossom is about more than serving food. It’s about creating something that adds to the atmosphere of an event and gives guests something to gather around, enjoy, and remember.
What does success mean to you?
To me, success is doing something I genuinely love while continuing to grow as a person. It’s being able to express myself creatively, challenge myself, and build something that reflects who I am.
I also believe success means staying true to what I value and believe in. In a world where it’s easy to compare yourself to others and focus on superficial things, I think it’s important to create something that feels authentic and meaningful.
Board & Blossom has given me an opportunity to combine creativity, hospitality, and entrepreneurship in a way that feels natural to me. If I can continue doing what I love, learning along the way, staying true to myself, and creating something I’m proud of, I consider that success.
