Today we’d like to introduce you to Gary Pierre.

Gary, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started DiCove Maze in the spring of 2017. I was just laid off from my web development job of four-five years and I had to make a decision whether I would take the same route of unfulfilling “jobs” or create a company that truly gave value and meaning to clients.

I chose the latter. It was/is challenging, but my decision was made with a complete understanding that it wouldn’t be easy… but worth it.

Our motto is: Marketing based on Profits, not promises. We focus on the ROI of a project and not the sale of service(s).

We have been refining and optimizing our digital marketing services for the ultimate benefit of our clients. We want to increase profits and improve the work-life balance of business owners and managers.

We tell our clients to “consider us as your business partner.” We truly want to see business owners fulfill their dreams and climb to new heights while improving their overall quality of life.

Part of our mission is to create a cohesive business operation for each and every client. Refining their process(es) to improve the products/services they provide and the way they do business.

We look forward to learning, growing, and challenging ourselves along the way.

There’s so much great innovative opportunities for business development and we’re excited to be on this journey.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been easy. From getting startup capital; using personal savings or simply getting clients has been a challenge.

The industry is saturated with agencies that take advantage of the fact that most business owners/managers don’t know about digital marketing and web development. It’s overwhelming and, to an extent, they are the mercy of these agencies.

There is always a challenge but we welcome it because we know that challenge leads to the progress and growth that we seek.

We consider every struggle as an integral part of our success and identity.
