Hi Fernando Lopez, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Founded in 2015 as a hobby in high school working with local businesses and helping people scale social media presences I didn’t really think much of being a full fledged business owner. I was young and having fun posting my life and random pictures on my Instagram. I was working dead end jobs which offered no future for growing or scaling myself as a person. Seeing that I was dispensable I took on working for my local government while my company was very passive and reserved for my free time. I was working over 60 hours a week and feeling tired and very unmotivated knowing that being an employee, I was still replaceable and being treated as such. I started taking my company serious when I met my wife and business partner, Naisha whom at the time used to be a hobbyist photographer. I met her while doing something we both like, attending car shows. We worked together and collaborated as Social Media Automotive Influencers sharing similar taste in cars and soon history wrote itself to where we are today with our own Talent Agency where we help businesses and consumers create unforgettable experiences that last a lifetime through our Photography and Consulting Business. Over time, we saw bigger potential and opportunity to do more for our community. From helping talent of all ages find opportunities to assisting clients make unforgettable trip experiences here across the U.S. We are curators of dreams, helping artists find their stage and guiding visitors towards new experiences that matter. We take immense pride in crafting those meaningful moments that resonate far beyond the lenses and camera.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of our most reoccurring challenges is that we live in a very saturated state when you talk about being a business owner. There’s always those potential clients who don’t value your time and experience, thus they become unwilling to pay the premium price tag that comes with owning the business we own. We’ve seen it all in the ten years in business. From the clients who think one-hundred dollar budget is good for a ten hour wedding to the clients who know someone who can do it for cheaper and want to us to price match. Another major set back that we’ve had has been how much debt you have to acquire to be able sustainably run the type of business we run. Debts are not just monetarily but also the time we’ve spent away from family and friends in order to make our dream job reality.

Our friends and family are really the only ones whom we can truly thank. From the friends who let us put them on the spotlight and center of our camera, to the family who have watched our young daughter when we’re out working. Our parents are just like any parents, caring and supportive of what Naisha and I have chosen to do. My parents have always told me to do what makes me happy and pour my heart into it. Starting our business was also extremely challenging but with help from our sponsors, that stress was reduced significantly. Lastly, the people we must thank the most are those who have and still trust us and our job. Without these people, we wouldn’t be in business.
