Meet Eve Paul of Miami / South Florida

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eve Paul.

Hi Eve, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Service has always been woven into the fabric of my life. As the daughter of Haitian immigrants, I grew up watching my parents, my mother, Valcia and my late father, Josue Paul, pursue the American dream while dedicating themselves to serving others. They built a business centered on meeting the needs of our community, and from an early age I learned that true success isn’t measured by what you accumulate—it’s measured by the lives you impact. That lesson became the foundation for everything I’ve done.

As I grew older, I realized I wasn’t just passionate about helping people—I was passionate about helping people discover and fulfill their purpose. There is something incredibly rewarding about bringing together vision, strategy, and opportunity to help individuals, businesses, and organizations make a greater impact. Watching someone step into their calling and seeing the ripple effect it creates in the lives of others continues to be one of my greatest joys.

That passion gave birth to Royal Nation in June 2015. Inspired by 1 Peter 2:9, the company was founded on the belief that every person and organization has a unique purpose and the potential to influence the world around them. What began as a mission rooted in service has grown into an executive business strategy and branding firm that helps entrepreneurs, authors, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders clarify their vision, strengthen their brand, and expand their impact.

A pivotal chapter in my journey came in 2018 when I began working with the Honorable Dr. Anthony A. Sanders, former City Commissioner and Vice Mayor of Hallandale Beach. His lifelong commitment to public service deepened my understanding of community leadership and gave me the opportunity to work alongside residents, business owners, nonprofit organizations, and civic leaders throughout South Florida. Those experiences reinforced something I had always believed: thriving communities are built by people and organizations that are committed to serving others with excellence and purpose.

Today, Royal Nation Worldwide has evolved into more than a branding and consulting company. It is a strategic partner for visionaries who want to build meaningful, lasting legacies. Whether we’re developing brands, creating marketing strategies, consulting with organizations, or helping leaders communicate their mission, our work is always centered on impact.

One partnership that reflects this mission is our work with Love Gardens Ministries International and its founder, who has done remarkable work on a global scale, Dr. Sandra Maria Anderson. Together, we’ve helped strengthen initiatives focused on mental health, healing, and community transformation—demonstrating that branding is not simply about visibility; it’s about creating movements that improve lives.

When I look back, I don’t see separate chapters of entrepreneurship, community service, branding, and authorship. I see one continuous journey of service. The platforms have changed, but the mission has remained the same: to help people transform vision into legacy, purpose into strategy, and ideas into lasting impact.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has shaped the leader and strategist I am today.

One of my greatest challenges was learning how to reinvent myself. After spending years in community service leadership, transitioning into entrepreneurship required a different mindset. In community service, you’re often measured by the impact you make in your community. As an entrepreneur, you also have to learn how to communicate your value, build a sustainable business, market yourself, and lead in an entirely different way. That transition wasn’t always easy but the pivot was worth it.

Another challenge has been wearing so many hats. As a business owner, consultant, author, strategist, and creative, there are moments when you’re simultaneously serving clients, developing new ideas, writing, designing, and planning for the future. I’ve had to learn that growth doesn’t come from doing everything yourself—it comes from building systems, trusting others, and remaining focused on the bigger vision.

Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve also experienced seasons of uncertainty. There were times when I questioned whether I was taking the right path or whether people truly understood the value of strategic branding and business development. Those moments strengthened my faith, sharpened my purpose, and reminded me that meaningful work often requires patience before it receives recognition.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success isn’t built by avoiding obstacles—it’s built by navigating them with resilience, integrity, and a willingness to keep learning. Every challenge has made me a better leader, a better consultant, and a better listener for the people I serve.

Today, when clients come to Royal Nation Worldwide, they’re not just getting someone who understands branding—they’re working with someone who understands what it feels like to build something from the ground up, navigate change, overcome setbacks, and continue moving forward with purpose.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
At my core, I help people transform vision into legacy, expressing this passion through creativity is like bringing a vision to life in living color.

As the Founder and CEO of Royal Nation Worldwide, I serve as an Executive Business Strategist, Brand Developer, Consultant, Creative Director, and bestselling author of Infinitely In Bloom:The Story of Inherited Wisdom. My work goes far beyond designing logos or creating marketing campaigns. I partner with industry leaders to build brands with purpose, develop strategic growth plans, and create experiences that leave a lasting impact.

One of my greatest passions is helping people uncover the story behind their work and then positioning that story in a way that inspires others. Whether I’m developing a brand identity, crafting a communications strategy, producing a large-scale community initiative, or consulting with executive leaders, my goal is always the same—to create something meaningful that outlives the moment.

Another extension of that vision is Chateau De Everose, my luxury event management company. Through Chateau De Everose, we curate elevated experiences that celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. From intimate gatherings to sophisticated celebrations, we believe every event should tell a story, evoke emotion, and leave guests with unforgettable memories. For me, strategy and creativity go hand in hand, whether I’m building a business or designing an experience.

As an author, I also enjoy equipping people through books that encourage leadership, personal growth, faith, and purpose. Writing has allowed me to extend my impact beyond the boardroom and into the lives of readers looking for clarity and encouragement on their own journeys. My newest book is “When Mary Met Martha” inspired by a story from the Bible of Martha and Mary of Bethany. As the book explores lives of both women and a moment that has been retold to generations my perspective highlights breaking free from the performance based Christian life and discovering the woman in you set free.

What I specialize in is helping people see possibilities they may not yet see for themselves. Often, clients come to me thinking they need a logo or a marketing plan, but what they really need is clarity. Once the vision is clear, strategy becomes intentional, branding becomes authentic, and growth becomes sustainable.

What sets me apart is that my approach is rooted in service. My background in community leadership taught me that every successful organization—whether it’s a business, nonprofit, municipality, or ministry—exists to serve people. That philosophy influences every strategy I create.

I’m probably most proud of the lives and organizations I’ve had the privilege to help transform. Watching a small business become a recognized brand, seeing a nonprofit expand its community impact, helping an author bring their story to life, or supporting organizations like Love Gardens Ministries International as they advance mental health and wellness initiatives reminds me why I started this journey in the first place.

At the end of the day, I’m not interested in building brands simply to make them look successful. I’m passionate about building brands that matter—brands that create influence, strengthen communities, and leave a legacy for generations to come.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories takes me back to my days as a Girl Scout in Troop 182. At the time, I thought being a Girl Scout was mostly about selling cookies, earning badges, and spending time with friends. Looking back now, I realize it was teaching me much more—responsibility, teamwork, and the importance of listening.

One camping trip, we were all reminded of those lessons in a way none of us will ever forget. Before settling into our raised tents for the night, our troop leaders; one Latressa Rene Goodrum of Westside Baptist Church in Hollywood, Florida gave us one simple instruction: don’t bring food or snacks into the tents. Like many kids, a few of us didn’t think much of it.

As we drifted off to sleep, we heard rustling around the tent. At first, we assumed someone was moving around, until one of my fellow scouts suddenly yelled, “Stop playing with my feet!” We all woke up confused because no one was anywhere near her. The rustling continued, and then we realized something was actually inside her sleeping bag. Panic set in as everyone screamed and rushed toward the tent opening while trying to help our friend.

When she finally jumped up, a small furry animal darted out of her sleeping bag—along with empty snack wrappers it had happily discovered. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and once our hearts stopped racing, the entire experience became one of the funniest stories our troop would tell for years.

As a child, it was simply a frightening yet funny camping adventure. As an adult, I see it differently. It taught me that instructions are often given for our protection, that preparation matters, and that staying calm and working together can help us navigate unexpected situations.

It’s amazing how one unforgettable night in a Girl Scout tent became a lesson I’ve carried with me throughout life and leadership.
