Today we’d like to introduce you to Esteban Kadamani.
Esteban, please share your story with us.
I am a native from Colombia arrived to the US in 2001 at 18, quickly awakening a business savvy state of mind. By the time I was 22, I joined my best friend (and future business partner) at a window company, where I swiftly climbed the ranks. Two months after joining the company, I was named sales manager were Santiago was known for being the best Sales person in the company. Less than a year later, Santiago and I opened Infinite Windows, making us both business owners at 23. We both saw a great future in the Glass and Glazing business. Having impact windows is not a luxury, is a necessity, adding that we both were driven by the personal goal of owning a business.
We started from Santiago’s apartment, our first sale was a $2,000 we sold. We didn’t have an office, or even a printer, I remember having to go print at local places our proposals to present them to clients.
But then we got an opportunity to do a big job, which was a $350,000 contract to do the windows and doors of the biggest shopping center in Key Biscayne, completely out of our league, but we had to take the risk. We not only completed the project on time but also under budget, the client was so happy he started recommending us to all his friends and partners.
$350,000 turned into 3 million in revenue the first year alone, working 16 hours per day and leaving our personal life behind was finally paying off.
We finally were able to afford an office, and were able to structure the company with employees in all areas to help us expand our business.
That year is when we got hit by the Real Estate collapse, and our industry was hit the hardest. But that didn’t stop us. We form an alliance with one of the biggest low income housing contractors in the US, and that business was booming. After a year of recession we were back on green, topping sales of 5 million.
Just last year we were able to test and approve our own glass railing system, we actually manufacture three of them as well as reaching the incredible milestone on our ten year anniversary of 10 million in sales.
We now have around 50 employees ranging from architects, engineers to installers and project managers. We focus allot on giving our clients the best possible product at the best possible price, and always on time, always under budget.
Our work habit hasn’t changed, and we feel if we keep our same commitment and provide the same service using new technology and tools at our disposal we can become the #1 Glass and Glazing contractor in South Florida.
Has it been a smooth road?
Business is never smooth, in particular the construction industry. The biggest challenges have always been what is out of our control, which is the real estate industry continuing to build. We went thru arguably the biggest recession in history, but we always found a way.
This country gives you those opportunities.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Our weather and the people is what I like the most.
The traffic! but to give you a more detailed answer, I think Miami is not up to par in mass transportation as other big cities in the US, or even worse to other cities around the world.
