Meet Elena Iutsis of Noble & Wild Florals

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elena Iutsis.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’ve always been drawn to beauty, creativity, and bringing people together to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. At the same time, I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I earned a degree in Event, Leisure and Tourism Management and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications in the UK, and throughout my career I worked across different industries in business, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
While I enjoyed building businesses and helping them grow, I often felt like something was missing. For years, I was searching for a career that would allow me to combine my business background with my creative side.
When I discovered floral design, everything clicked. Flowers bring together artistry, emotion, design, and celebration in a way that felt completely natural to me. When I launched Noble & Wild Florals in 2024, it felt like I had finally found where I belonged.
My previous experience gave me a strong foundation for building the business, and we were fortunate to experience incredible growth from the start. In our first year alone, we had the privilege of designing florals for more than 80 weddings.
Today, Noble & Wild Florals serves couples throughout Florida, from the Florida Keys to Jacksonville and across to Tampa. What I love most is helping couples bring their vision to life and creating beautiful experiences they’ll remember for years to come.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wouldn’t say it’s been a completely smooth road. Like any business, there have been challenges, but one thing I always try to explain is how much work happens behind the scenes in the floral industry. People see the finished arrangements and beautiful wedding photos, but they don’t always see the planning, logistics, problem-solving, and countless details that go into making everything look effortless.
The wedding industry comes with a unique level of responsibility because you’re helping create one of the most important days in a couple’s life. There are no second chances. Everything has to come together at the right place, at the right time, and not only meet expectations, but exceed them.
For me, the biggest challenge is managing that responsibility and the constant pressure that comes with it. From weather and venue restrictions to last-minute changes and large-scale installations, there are always factors outside of your control that require flexibility and quick thinking. At the same time, that’s what makes the work so rewarding. Seeing a couple’s reaction when everything comes together makes all the hard work worth it.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Noble & Wild Florals?
Noble & Wild Florals is a full-service wedding floral design studio serving couples throughout Florida. We specialize in creating elegant, nature-inspired floral designs that feel personal, elevated and reflective of each couple’s unique story.
What sets us apart is that we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every wedding is unique, and we take the time to understand our clients, their story, and the atmosphere they want to create. Our goal is never just to provide flowers—it’s to create an experience and a visual story that feels authentic to them.
As a relatively young company, one of the things I’m most proud of is how quickly we’ve earned the trust of both our clients and industry partners. Building a reputation for reliability, creativity, and attention to detail has always been just as important to me as creating beautiful designs.
I want readers to know that we’re passionate about making luxury wedding florals approachable and personal. Whether it’s an intimate celebration or a large-scale wedding, we approach every event with the same level of care, creativity, and commitment to excellence.

Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
One thing I’ve learned throughout my journey is that sometimes the path you’re meant to follow isn’t the one you originally planned. I spent years building businesses and gaining experience in different industries, and while every step taught me something valuable, it wasn’t until I discovered floral design that I truly felt I had found where I belonged.
For anyone considering a new direction, my advice would be not to be afraid of starting something new. The skills and experiences you gain along the way are never wasted—they often become the foundation for your future success in ways you never expected.
I’m incredibly grateful to our clients, industry partners, and everyone who has supported Noble & Wild Florals. Being trusted to be part of such meaningful celebrations is something I never take for granted, and I’m excited to continue growing, creating, and serving couples throughout Florida and beyond.
