Hi Eglante , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey began as a Haitian immigrant with a deep passion for healthcare and a dream of creating something of my own. After spending decades working as a nurse and nurse practitioner, I was ready to take a leap of faith and bring my vision to life.
It was 2020, the height of the pandemic, and the hospital environment had become overwhelming. I watched too many people in my community become hospitalized for conditions that were preventable. I often thought, “If only they had received the right care sooner, they wouldn’t be here.”
That realization became the foundation for Optimal Family Care and Aesthetics—a warm, patient-centered practice where people aren’t treated like numbers, but as individuals with unique stories and needs. Our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that focuses not only on treatment but also on prevention. From managing chronic conditions like diabetes to promoting overall wellness, we take the time to truly know and support our patients.
In a time when fear and uncertainty overwhelmed the healthcare system, I wanted to create a safe space for my community. Optimal Family Care is that vision brought to life.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road was far from easy. In the early days, I worked two full time jobs just to keep the business running – overnight shifts at the hospital, and long days building the practice. The sleepness nights were endless but my purpose kept me going.

Optimal Family Care is a primary care facility that also offers aesthetic services. We proudly serve adults of all ages from young adults to seniors, with a range of services including annual wellness exams, sick visits, lab testing, and more.
We are known for being personable, and our nurse practitioner, Eglante Noel, is especially recognized for her compassionate bedside manner that makes every patient feel like family. With her extensive experience in the medical field, she provides thorough, comprehensive exams and is deeply knowledgeable in her approach to patient care.
Our diverse clientele truly sets us apart. We’re most proud of creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients can receive the quality care they deserve. In addition to primary care, we also offer wellness services such as hormone replacement therapy, IV hydration, vitamin injections, and non-surgical weight loss programs—because we believe that when you feel your best, you look your best.

Positive patient outcomes matter the most to me. It gives me self gratification knowing that I helped someone change their life for the better.
