I am Dr. Alexander Weiss, Founder and President of MOMPD Corporation. People who know my work call me Doctor Future, not as a nickname, but as a job description. My work is to define how people will live and to bring that future into the present.
I lived in different countries before moving to the United States over nine years ago, and I carried that global perspective into the field. I worked inside construction companies here in management and leadership roles, and I also worked across international markets, learning how different countries design, build, and operate buildings. In parallel I spent many years in IT, building products and platforms. I hold a PhD in Psychology with a focus in Acmeology, the science of reaching one’s peak, and I apply that research to my life and to this company so that families can reach higher in how they live, work, and build community.
Our core mission is simple and bold. Give everyday Americans the chance to live the way they dreamed, or never even imagined, in one of the best versions of the future. Not someday. Now.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road. I did not come to America young or alone. I arrived as a husband and father of four, and we welcomed three more children here. My wife has walked every mile with me, and I am deeply grateful to her. While learning a new country with new laws and a new language of business, I worked, studied, and kept providing for my family. We lived in California, then Texas, and finally made our home in Florida, which we consider one of the best places on Earth.
Starting over meant taking whatever taught me something useful. I drove Uber, worked on film sets, joined construction and IT teams, moved into management, and kept running my own R&D. I learned the codes, the culture, and the patience it takes to earn trust. Many days were hard. The rule I kept was simple: keep going, adjust, and win the next inch.
Another challenge was convincing investors. New technology in a traditional field looks risky until it is proven. I spent countless hours walking people through the data, the process, and the vision. Some passed. The ones who joined us believed in the future we described. Now they can see it with their own eyes. The results convinced them that we were right and that this is the direction of the construction industry and, in a small way, the future of how humanity will live.
As we grow, the challenges grow too. Bigger projects bring more moving parts, more scrutiny, and higher standards. We welcome that. We meet it with steady work, honest communication, and proof people can touch. Every day we show up to push a better way of living a little further, for everyday Americans and for people everywhere. I am an immigrant, a father of seven, and a builder. I am still on the road, still learning, and still delivering. That is the promise I make, and the work I will keep doing.
