Meet Diana Maybrook of Neovibe Biohacking in Boca Raton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Diana Maybrook.

Diana, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Hi everyone. My name is Diana Maybrook. I help high-level achievers master their physical and mental fitness in order to make their greatest impact in the world. My company, Neovibe Biohacking, a consulting company turned very first biohacking facility in Boca Raton, FL was created to bridge the gap between high performance and health. We touch on four main pillars to optimizing high performance: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mindset.

3.5 years ago I took a leap of faith. I dropped out of college after one semester, ventured into multiple different industries on the pursuit to become successful, & moved to Florida by myself at the fragile age of 18 with only two suitcases.

Everybody thought I was crazy for not taking the traditional, safe path that was laid out securely in front of me. But I always knew intuitively that I was meant to do something different.

It has been quite a journey for me in my endeavors leading up to this point. I started out as an NPC bikini competitor at the age of 17 and utilized my social media presence to start my first fitness-related online coaching business. When I moved to Florida in 2016, I evolved into working with private clients doing one-on-one personal training & nutrition coaching.

Although gratifying working with my clients, I knew that I had to scale to impact more people beyond solely trading my time for money. My one-woman show would only last so long. At that point, I had already taken a step back from the bodybuilding world of competing due to health implications I was experiencing due to the hardcore extremes I would take my body to in order to place well in my bikini competitions.

This was the first time that I realized that the most important aspects of fitness are mindset, lifestyle, and longevity- not a quick fix.

Throughout the years, I recognized there was a void. I wanted to bridge the gap between high-level performance and health. I encountered so many successful individuals who were completely neglecting their overall health, therefore hindering their performance to work more efficiently in their work, manage stress levels, optimize focus, and increase productivity. That is exactly what I am doing with Neovibe.

As of this day, at 22 years old, I am proud to say that I am in the process of opening up my first storefront location where clients will be able to come in for personal training, coaching, and utilize the different modalities to biohack their way to more success. I am also still running my online coaching business for non-local clients.

When I made the decision to become an entrepreneur it was the first time I ever listened to that little voice inside of me. Some call it gut instinct, intuition. I just KNEW it was going to work out. That I was divinely guided in all of my footsteps.

It was the best decision I have ever made.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There will always be roadblocks that come up along the way in the journey. It’s more about how you perceive these experiences that determines how you overcome them. I no longer look at “failures” as a bad thing. I look at it as feedback and information that a particular area needs my attention. That’s it. A simple shift in perspective when it comes to business goes a LONG way.

Please tell us about Neovibe Biohacking.
There are a personal trainer and coach on every corner in Boca Raton, and even more so on social media. I decided that I do not identify myself or my company as a traditional fitness training company because truthfully, it is so much more than that.

Neovibe Biohacking is a lifestyle company. It is a high-level performance coaching company that focuses on all of the pillars, not just one. This alone sets us apart from the rest. My personal coaching strategies focus 99% on mindset and 1% on the physical components.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I was born with entrepreneurship in my DNA. As a child, I was already combining my talents and passion for business. My first venture when I was about ten years old was selling hand made holiday cards door to door. Then I sold holiday cookies, taking pre-orders in advance to fund the baking process. The list goes on and on: yard sales, car wash, lemonade stands, through parties in my basement and charging at the door- you name it, I did it. I don’t know what compelled me to always go out and hustle as a young child, but for some reason, I was always trying to create and sell. This was my favorite memory from childhood.
