Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Dadi.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Daniel. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I was born and raised in a little town on the west coast of Italy, Riccione.
Tired of my lifestyle, I finished high school at 19 years old and I went to New York for few weeks.
Once came back to Italy I got my bachelor degree in Physical Education and started to travel the world.
After few years, I Moved to Miami, FL.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The beginning of this journey wasn’t easy at all, I did not know anybody.
The first few years that I was able to work , I changed several jobs but I wasn’t satisfied.
One day, I got some information about how to become a real estate agent to finally reach the financial freedom I was looking for.
After that , I have done my researches and the job had the characteristics I wanted.
Two months later I passed the state exam and officially became a realtor.
Please tell us about your career.
I mostly work in the area of Miami Beach,Downtown, Brickell, and Coral Gables, FL.
I’m working at Coldwell Banker Realty who has built a solid foundation of corporate and residential clients by crafting one success story after another.
Our years of experience lend you the comfort of your representation having expansive knowledge of matters including real estate acquisitions, leases, asset reposition and dispositions.
My shrewd study of market trends and availability will save you time and money- while a home is where the heart is, the investment needs to make financial sense for buyer and seller. Choosing the right assets at the right time is critical to strategic investment. Understanding this, I incorporate long and short term strategies in the comprehensive assessments that I provide my clients.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I have several good memories of my childhood related to my family.
I loved it when my Family and I reunited on Sundays to my grandmother’s house where she used to cook incredible fresh Italian homemade food for all of us.
Maybe that is what I miss the most, sharing good simple moments with great food.
